Location of the Hotel is excellent, right on the river front close to the night market, street food vendors bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walking distance to pub street. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and clean, room was made up cleaned every day, fresh towels supplied. There was no breakfast at the Hotel but there is a restaurant almost next door that serve breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Tuk Tuk driver Sok, who drove me around all week was knowledgeable and helpful.

Nothing not to like. There wasn't a lift at the Hotel which may be a problem for people who struggle with stairs.

Staff were friendly, polite, helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean. Hotel was stylish and distinctive. Location - close to the nightlife and restaurants, close to the busy food and clothes/souvenir market. Equally, the location enables you to avoid all of this if you wish. The environment felt very safe. Easy access to Angkor Wat by tuctuc/taxi. The hotel requested cash only as they said they do not have a card machine. That said, they do have an ATM in reception, so no biggie!

the staff were so friendly . rooms were spotless five days stay. tut tut driver became my friend took me to all the temples , advised best ones , waited for me and spent the full day driving me around . hotel just around the corner from all the pubs restaurants bistros .. Siem Reap is amazing . fully recommend. ***** 5 star. will be back soon 🇹🇭

Lovely little hotel Fabulous location riverside - close to pub street with a supermarket underneath, chemist two doors down and across the road from the food markets Despite its location in the thick of everything it’s still quiet! Must recommend their tuk tuk driver Sok Phal - very helpful with airport transfers and tuk tuk tours

Location location location is everything Very clean rooms and very friendly staff They were more than accommodating, and we were very happy and decided to stat two. More nights.

Hard to find anything I did not like I am glad to have found this place and will stay here next time I travel

Safe didnt work...i knew they had no pool..but was told they had another hotel..that i could go to and swim...then when arrived was told no ..they just told me that..also had to pay on arrival in full as owner needed the money straight away...to use kettle..had to use it on floor to be able to plug into the power

Don't get me wrong, this is a great little hotel, well located and very clean, I just didn't like how we were treated when we arrived, and they scammed us out of more money and treated us poorly for over 30 minutes!

Was already in Siem Reap in another hotel (which was excellent but fully booked for the following days) - found this on Booking, and the price seemed very reasonable for 2 nights - $53 for a room with a balcony and city view, so I booked it, and it said pay at the property. When we arrived, they don't take cards and didn't have change for $100 but there's a shop next door where you can get change, so no big deal. We were shown to a room on the 2nd floor with a funny smell and no window! Just a light-well in one corner. I went back down and said this isn't the room I reserved and showed the booking on my phone. The first member of staff said sorry, you can only have that room as we're fully booked. I had seen a bedroom door open on the 1st floor to the room I'd seen on Booking when I booked it! I asked about that room, they initially, well that's $75 per night, you haven't paid enough for that room! I said but that's the room I booked! We basically had to argue with 2 members of staff for over 30 minutes to get the room we'd actually booked, and they made us pay an extra $10 - this after a lot of negotiating and them trying to give us another room (even though it's apparently full) which still wasn't the right one! One man was on the phone to the boss throughout this whole episode, then would start bartering with us on the price. We asked to speak to the boss directly and were told "he doesn't want to speak to you!" Basically, felt like a total scam - haven't been treated this way anywhere else in Thailand, Cambodia or Laos - very disappointing and it's highly rated too.
