If you are planning a stay in Siem Reap, then I can highly recommend the Dusit Hotel. Where should I start? I felt at home all around, from the communication before the trip to the transport from the airport to the hotel, everything went excellently. The staff at the reception, who do their job around the clock with great friendliness, are very helpful. The rooms are large and clean, and the chambermaids also work quickly and do their job very well. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right in the center. Many restaurants, shops, religious sites and also the National Museum are within walking distance. I had forgotten my health insurance card in the hotel during my stay. I was then contacted by Chariya and Lisa via WhatsApp and asked if I still needed it or if they should destroy the card. I was also offered to have it sent to my address in Germany. This is a great service. Every hotel can be proud to have such motivated employees!

There were two bests for this hotel. One was the service and one was the location. This hotel is located on the river and it is right by Pub Street and all the street food vendors as well as shopping stalls. Tons of restaurants nearby within very easy walking distance. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The service — what can I say? Everyone was so friendly, nice, and good at their jobs. Particular mention goes to Chariya and Lisa at the front desk during the day. Afternoon and night was Naroth and Chenda. Can’t say enough good things about them. Breakfast was good with enough choices to provide variety. I ate breakfast at the hotel everyday. I highly recommend this hotel!

The only comment that isn’t superlative is that the hotel could use some updating. But the value for the money is so incredible that it was easy to overlook this.

Location, Location !. I had a balcony room overlooking the river and food stalls. I had such a pleasant stay here and have no complaints at all. The staff are wonderful, helped me with my trip to Angkor Wat and organised a wonderful tuk tuk driver. All your needs are within close range, convenience shops, Restaurants and the night market. Also, Pub Street and the vibrant night life is close at hand. A special mention to the wonderful evening reception guy he always had a big, welcoming smile and I always felt at home when I came back. This was the same with all the staff. The room was excellent, bed was comfortable, there is a beautiful pool. It's a great place to come and go. I might say the only issue for some people might be no lift. This didn't worry me and it's only 3 stories high. I really miss not being there and would return without question.

The staff here are super helpful and were always happy to answer questions. The hotel is a great location, only a short walk to pub street. You can also organise private tours with the hotel that are very good prices. The rooms and clean and very spacious.

Only supplied 1 pillow which for a four star hotel seems a bit tight. Also it says they supply safety deposit boxes but our room didn’t have one. We asked them if we could get one and they said they would come and sort it for us but never did so we had to leave all our valuables with them at the front desk when we went out in the day time.

The staff were very helpful and kind, and the cleaning staff did a good job. The room was spacious and comfortable. I had a room overlooking the pool, so there was potential that there would be noise, but there wasn't. The hotel backs up to a bar, so if you go to bed early, there may be some bass noise, but the music dies down relatively early. I didn't have any problem with noise. The location is perfect, being within easy walking distance of Pub Street and many other that aren't part of the fascinating chaos and noise of Pub Street. While I did not book anything through the hotel staff, they could have provided information about travels. I hired a Tuk Tuk driver that was just outside the hotel who took me to all the temples I had capacity for. Overall, I thought the hotel was a great value and a great location.

My experience was exceptional, especially considering the budget. The hotel is ideally located, very close to the city's main attractions, including the famous Pub Street. With numerous restaurants within walking distance, it was easy to enjoy the local cuisine and vibrant nightlife. The shopping market was just a stone’s throw away. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff's hospitality makes this place homely. They were incredibly humble, polite, and always willing to help. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, with a prime location and outstanding service. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights it was fabulous. Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. We had a standard room which was spacious. The bathroom was lovely and huge shower. Tea and coffee for free each day lovely touch. The views from our room were wonderful. The pool was perfect especially during happy hour!!!!!!all the staff were very helpful. I really cannot fault this hotel. The breakfast is probably the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel the variety and quality was amazing. For the price of this hotel you will not get better in siem reap. I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough.

While the rooms may not be brand new, they are well-maintained following the hotel's renovation. The facilities are in good shape, including a pool with nice views, although I've heard the views were even more stunning in the past. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. There's plenty of space for packing bags, and the rooms are suitable for hosting gatherings with family and friends. The service at Dusit Hotel Siem Reap is commendable, although it may not match the level of five-star service provided. However, the staff are attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The staff are all amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. All my trips including taxi from Siem Reap to Phnom penh were sorted by hotel staff, at a very good price. The hotel room itself ,was exceptionally clean. It was a decent size with good balcony. The only thing that may put off other guests, there is no lift. This didn't affect our stay(on 3rd floor). The location is also excellent, within walking distance of all restaurants, cafes and pubs. I would look forward to staying there again.
