Staff very friendly and helpful. Very modern, comfortable beds,good aircon. Great bar and swimming pool on roof.. everybody genuinely friendly and f helpful. Go above and beyond to help you.

I've stayed there few times before. Usually 10/10 for everything... amazing place. But at moment low season so doing some building and renovation to rooms. So loud and some areas closed. This is not a complaint because the work has to be done before the beginning of the high season. Will be finished by October I'm guessing. When you check in, the staff will tell you about this. Not a big deal for me though.!!

Great stay with great facilities. The beds are very comfortable with lots of storage space. Well located and easy to walk to restaurants and activities or get a grab for longer trips. The rooftop bar and pool are nice for relaxing. I ended up extending my stay here because I enjoyed it so much

Showers didn’t get very hot even after running for a long time. Key card to room stopped working multiple times but staff were able to resolve this each time. Booked sunrise temple tour through the hostel which was good but staff didn’t mention that I would need to bring long pants and told me it would leave at 4am but didn’t end up leaving until 4:50am so was waiting in the lobby for over an hour

I had an amazing stay at The Twizt! The hotel is extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Its location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The pool is fantastic, perfect for relaxing, and the live performances every night were incredibly fun and added a great vibe to the stay. We stayed on the floor with the private rooms and didn’t understand the negative reviews about noise—we didn’t experience any excessive noise as mentioned in other reviews. The breakfast was also impressive, offering a wide variety of Western and Asian options to suit different tastes. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! The hotel was very modern the shared bathroom was very clean and modern. Room was small but still nice. It is still very basic. The hotel had a lovely pool and outside area. Location was great. There is a lovely Italian restaurant round the corner which I could definitely recommend.

The only thing I have to say that was a negative for us was on the rooftop they have very loud music that goes on and it doesn’t finish until nearly midnight. You can hear the music from the rooms, we were on the first floor and could still hear it from the 4th. We had earplugs thank god otherwise there is no way we would have been able to sleep. Not everyone wants to stay up and drink til late. When you have had a long day it isn’t very nice to sleep with loud music. However I would highly recommend to stay here but make sure u have ear plugs if you like to go to sleep early.

Plenty of showers and toilets in the shared bathrooms with big sinks and mirrors. Aesthetically pleasing decoration and rooftop bar and pool. Staff very helpful providing mosquito spray for our room as we had 1 there which we felt uncomfortable about. Laundry service efficient clothes returned 24 hours later cleaned and pressed for a good price.

Fairly quiet place but that could be because it isn't high season yet, just a shame to have such a lovely space and pool but we were often the only ones there so maybe not the first choice if you want a social hostel, we would call it more of a hotel. Lighting a little dark in the room but nothing unmanageable.

Nice place, well thought out with all provisions, clean and tidy, really nice staff. Not many places that do dorms just for two so great for couples travelling on a budget.

A lot of reviews mention mosquitos, it's not an over exaggeration, for some reason they find their way into the rooms. The room smelt damp for some reason. The rooms don't have a window. Overall we didn't spend much time at the accommodation so relatively minor points. We went when relatively quiet, but not sure about the shower/toilet to people ratio for when it's busy.

This is probably one of the best hotel-hostels I've ever stayed in. It perfectly blends the perks of a hotel with the social vibe of a dorm. I loved here but I have a couple recommendations... Pool/snooker table second floor please replace with a new American pool table the table is unplayable. If you are a guest that's staying for a while coming outside to "tuk tuk" constantly can get annoying. Please add a bin to each dorm.

Great brand new hostel and hotel, has lovley design and will be great when it's finished. Large stair cases, swimming pool, restaurant, snooker tables, etc Room was nice twin bunk beds with shared shower. It had plenty of space but a lack of hanging places for towels etc. The beds were comfortable and had curtains, plugs and space for items

The building works have not finished and its noisy, from 7am until 5pm each day - drills, hammers etc. The room has low lighting and lack of hanging space, no bin or mirror. The swimming pool was warm water, looks a funky colour and not very clean. A real lack of sunbeds available, they seem more concerned about it as a music venue and drinks space.

This hostel/hotel was a great find. The location was within walking distance to the river and had a good choice of cafes and places to eat nearby. The roof top bar and pool were also great places to hang out after a long day sightseeing. The twin room we shared was clean and we both slept really well on some of the most comfortable mattresses we have had so far on our trip. The staff were amazing and always happy to help with any questions, sorting tours, tuk tuks etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

Best hostel I have stayed in, so spacious and clean. Bed is quite large, a problem you may face with lots of bunk beds is that you feel every movement of the person on the opposite level. No such thing here, which was great. There are more than enough showers and toilets per floor. Interior of the common spaces is quite fancy, I didn't get to the pool at the top floor, but I guess it was also a nice touch to the overall experience. Definitely would stay here again, I'd get back to Siem Reap just for this hostel. Location is also good, but the city is not that big, so most of the places are walkable distance.
