It is absolutely beautiful, with incredibly comfortable rooms and a lovely pool area and great restaurant. The poolside bar served fabulous cocktails during happy hour deals after coming back from the tours with tuktuk arranged by the hotel. The staff and the service was just fantastic and the location is very solid overall easy to walk around town alot of things nearby as well if you're in a hurry there's plenty tuktuk standing by at the front of the hotel too.

A warm welcome from the staff working within the beautiful decorated hotel. The staff was very warm and very friendly but very hard working and attentive to our needs. The pool was nice and clean. The room was very clean and spacious - we slept well, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at staying in Siem Reap For the price.

an outstanding place! WONDERFUL staff, nice breakfast, sweet rooms with a small balcony and a fridge, solid and silent aircon, nice and clean bathroom, good laundry service, cute 24hour pool even with a small poolbar all that at a very low price. happy to come again at any time =) --> in that pricerange this might have been one of the best hotels I stayed in, out of several hundreds.

The staff is so kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel itself is clean and beautiful. It is comfortable, clean rooms are excellent. The pool is also really nice and very relaxing after a long day of site seeing.

Hotel and staff were great. Super easy to arrange a tuk tuk around town and to the temples.

The breakfast wasn’t good. The cocktails at the pool were hit and miss too.

Stay for my last day in siem reap cuz we want to stay with our friends before we go back to phnom penh. the hotel is nice and clean, greenery garden, nice staff.

The hotel is very clean, the washroom is well equipped and there is hot water with good pressure. The pool was clean too. The hotel restaurant has good choices for the usual "tourist price", there are 4 options for breakfast. The staff is super helpful and can arrange anything from a massage to a tour with relatively low profit compared to ordering straight from the providers. The receptionists were super helpful with any issues and questions. All is well documented and organised, you will always get a receipt. Amazing value for the price. If we ever come to Cambodia again, we will consider coming back.

The hotel is on a street with a lot of noisy karaoke bars and clubs. We stayed for 3 nights and all of them the music was very loud until early in the morning.

The hotel has made it very convenient by providing a lot of the transportation services at below taxi/grab rates. They even drop you and pick you up from the bus stop for free. The reception staff are very polite and quick to address your concerns. The room we booked was very spacious though it was one of the bigger rooms from what I saw.

The room we stayed in had a big beautiful bathtub, but we couldn't use it because the geyser doesn't have the capacity to heat enough water to fill the tub. Not even fill. Just the bare minimum water level didn't have enough hot water. It's a shame we weren't able to enjoy it. It was a nice tub to look at, I suppose....

Amazing, kind, and friendly staff with great English. Brilliant food and drink options at competitive prices. Mr Chom, the Tuk Tuk driver, was a pleasure to get to know and drive me around to all the sights. Overall, it is a very cute place in a nice area of town.

Mattress was old and could feel the springs a bit. The aircon did not seem very cold even on 16, but maybe that was just the age/side of the building. The neighbouring bar/restaurant was playing loud music, but it wasn't too much of a problem, and im a very lightsleeper. And otherwise, it's a very quiet area. Overall, it is well worth the money if you can get a good deal.

Spotlessly clean, tidy hotel with v. kind helpful staff. Room had been prepared in advance of our arrival. Sitting by the pool after a long day in the sun (walking round Angkor Wat) was restorative.

Tempted to say the location wasn’t ideal but this would be disingenuous considering the price of the room and how cheap Tuk Tuk ride to restaurant / nightlife area. As already mentioned the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful and smiled politely at my few faltering words of Cambodian.
