I think we made the best choice available at the time we booked. We rented a scooter and visited the other beaches as well, but we felt that the beach where we stayed was the best choice in terms of water quality, nearby restaurant options, and the fact that it was quite secluded. It was the last accommodation on the beach, so there wasn’t much other people traffic around. It’s a small bay, very pleasant, with clean, clear, and very calm water. Regarding the accommodation, it was very comfortable, clean, and overall okay—just a few minor details that didn’t affect us. The pool is also very nice and definitely worth spending some time at. The staff was fine—they smiled and provided everything we needed. We rented the scooter from them, and they booked a taxi for our transfer to Phnom Penh.

What we liked less was that, compared to all the other restaurants and resorts on the island (and we explored a lot in our four days there), the food and drinks at our place were the most expensive. We didn’t understand why. It didn’t really bother us—after all, the whole island is expensive for Cambodia—but still, just a thought… Maybe they could align their food and drink prices a bit. For example, everywhere else, a fresh fruit juice was $2–$3, but at our place, it was $5. A small fruit platter was $7, and a coconut water was $3.5, while elsewhere it was $2–$2.5.

Privately located away from the crowd with modern design. Very clean and situated along side of the hills surrounded by natures. Cocktails bar in the swimming pools, you don’t have to get out from the pool to get your drinks while enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. A beautiful long stretch of white sand beach to enjoy your walk with your love ones. Food is delicious and the staffs are awesome. Highly recommended.

The location is great with big space garden and comfortable room, I would recommend rooms face to sea view is great choice. Property serves a great selection of seafood, especially fresh fish with yummy taste, you can travel there by GTVC speed boat, and they will directly drop you on the pier which belong to this resort.

Bathroom floor slippery

Secluded in the sense that it was farther from the other hotels, but close enough to walk to the main town area for dinner every night. It was like having our own private beach. Plus, the ferry stops right at the hotel’s pier, walk directly to the lobby from the pier. I loved the $15/pp beach bbq buffet (lots of seafood!).

Not really specific to this hotel, but in general, none of the hotels in the area really have paved roads connecting the main backstreet to the hotel, which is inconvenient (we rented scooters). Also prices on the island/at this hotel are very high. $3 for a beer when it costs $1 on the mainland. Wish they would provide mosquito nets above the beds.

The resort had their own pier which is very convenience for arrival and departure guests, it is very peaceful location. Some staff not well English speaking but they tried to serve you the best possible. I met the owner and his team very friendly and warm welcome, if you tired walk on the beach please do not forget to try their coconut fresh juice, natural drink and empower you quickly. I would like to recommend their happy hour cocktails bar in the swimming pool, it is good price, for lunch time I would to recommend the grouper fish soup which is very fresh and tasty.

Location on the beach and restaurant looking directly over sea, staff extreamly welcoming and helpful , quiet part of resort but not too far from the main part.ròms cleaned regularly, mini bar and A/c , food was very good in hotel although a but more pricey than beach bars But still very reasonable, good breakfast included , buffet European and Asian choices , nice infinity pool , some good snorkeling near hotel , sea lovely and stays quite shallow for a distance , very good value.

Well not much tbh , it is a jungle island so you have to be prepared for the bugs etc which do.often find there way into the accommodation, so we did get bitten a bit and did have to cause the odd bug out the room but to be expected , the bungalows and villas are fine and big , I would say a bit like glamping.some.issues with litter and plastic , think gets washed up from.main land , but the hill resort was kept very clean its when you get more into the busier parts of island which is a shame .

Nice location at the end of the beach, calm and welcoming place. Fantastic staff and service, divine drinks in the pool bar. Great breakfast, accept for the coffe that always was out..

We had a lot of aggressive mosquitos in the bungalow with jungle bathroom, they entered from the ceiling and we got really bad bitten. The AC had two options, ice cold or off, so we had to turn it on and off throughout the nights…but we didn’t say anything about it so it’s maybe our own fault..

The bathroom was amazing Beautiful location, food, apartment. The swimming pool needs updating as lots of loose tiles. Luckily, I read about this beforehand, so I was aware. Beaware if you have children. The lady who served us in the evenings was so lovely and accomadating. I would have left her a tip, but when I was checking out, I was told i had to pay again, having already paid Booking.com nearly 300 pounds upon booking. The ferry was waiting for me at the dock, so I ended up paying again as i didn't have access to my bank account to check. Now I'm home. I can see I did pay twice. Haven't heard back from Booking.com with my complaint and request for a refund. Had this problem in another hotel I booked through Booking.com and witnessed other people facing the same challenge. I booked my last hotel after I booked this one and the payment had gone through, not sure why I alledgely had not paid for staying here.

Being told I hadn't paid for the accommodation and nearly missing my ferry because of having to pay again

Location and view. Super beach! Room and bathroom size is great. Beds can be pushed together in the classic double room. Great for family with young children. Four of us enjoyed 1.4mx2 wide bed. There is direct access to the beach(I put a photo took at the beach in front of the hotel) and from beach to swimming pool. Private pier can access By boat. No drama for the luggages and tuktuk.

Mosquitos. Bed bugs. Bathroom facilities is a bit aged. Enjoy the beach don't check details.

We stayed two families, all adults, 3 nights in the resort. The place is very calm and relaxing. Everyone was very helpful and the location was very nice. The rooms will soon need a little renovation but are clean and very big. We had a fantastic New years evening with barbecue at the beach. The ferry drops you off at the pire at the hotel. We walked to the other pire and had dinner. The dinners we had at the resort were really good, but there is more action at the other pire. We rented motorcycles and went to Long Beach and Coconut Beach. The roads had very little traffic and it was a fantastic experience.
