I couldn't believe the quality of this place for the bargain of what we paid. It was five star service, we got a room upgrade, and everything was beyond beautiful. Earlier reviews mention construction work but that must all be complete now. The room was seriously lux. Free use of their kayaks at any time. Beach beds were lovely.

The one thing it's lacking is a pool, but at a nearby resort they let you use their pool if you buy 10US$ worth of food/drink, so we enjoyed doing that. And I think Island Centre Point has more luxurious rooms than the resorts with pools, so we got the best of both worlds!

The location was perfect on one edge of Saracen Bay, so it was very calm perfect for relaxing. There were beach beds for everyone. The room was really clean and comfortable, with a very original semi-open air bathroom. The breakfast was very good with amazing view. The staff very nice and ready to help. The spa/massages available were also very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Island Center Point. Facilities are really good and the beach is clearly the nicest along Saracen Bay. We could have spent the whole day on the beach cabanas.

The food at the restaurant is a bit disappointing. We always ate out at lunch and at dinner. There are better places to eat along the beach.

Chick, modern place, we prolonged our stay here , because its soooo nice and relaxing. I highly recommend taking a bigger room with bathtub and patio. Furniture, all appliances, towels are high quality and modern. Bed and pillows are high quality and very comfortable. A lot of electricity sockets and beautiful lighting. They have blackout curtains as well. There are both fan and AC in the room. And finally a full size mirror 😁 Every day cleaning, towel change if you need and water. Open bathroom is spacious, comfortable and simply gorgeous. Great amenities and luxury care products. Nice breakfast, I liked only western options, local dishes were average. They had only passionfruit juice for breakfast, but it was so tasty, that I didn’t mind. Surprisingly not many insects or lizards, they didn’t bother us. Additional things they provide for free: beach towels, volleyball/basketball field available and balls, very cosy beach beds+fresh water showers on the beach, yoga mats, kayaks. They have good wi-fi everywhere, even on the beach. I didn’t want to leave! I compared a lot of hotels here, but this one is the best value you get for money you pay.

As others mentioned already, nothing to do in the evening. Bar is closed at 5 pm. But for so less guests as now, I think it’s understandable. I enjoyed going out of hotel for dinners and bbq outside, it was just a short walk along the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Loved this hotel. The breakfast options were great and freshly made. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. It was quite windy on the beach but also situated perfectly to walk to beaches on the other side of the island where there’s no wind. The room was large and comfy. Good shower. Can’t fault anything. Basketball, beach volleyball and free kayaking was a bonus!!

The only thing we would’ve liked is mosquito nets around the bed as I got bitten a few times in bed. They do supply bug repellent spray but don’t really want to be breathing that in at night.

clean and new hotel towards the northern tip of saracen bay. Great location as it's not among all the hostels and bars, a little quiet slice of the beach. Newer AC equipped rooms and plenty cabanas on the beach. Unlimited a la carte breakfast is well plated and offers a lot of choice.

Food is a okay and expensive compared to other hotels (breakfast is great however). Their most basic rooms have very limited facilities (no chair/table, no closet/no hangers) so you basically have all your belongings scattered on the floor.

The rooms are excellent. Really clean and the bed is so comfy. The open air bathroom really added a tropical feel and an air of luxury. The staff are great and super helpful. The breakfast is really tasty. The stretch of beach in front of the hotel is the best in the bay. Walking distance to other shops, bars and restaurants. The coffee at breakfast was excellent quality.

Lack of information in the room about the facilities in the hotel. The only information is the mini bar prices and massages. The breakfast, although tasty, is repetitive with the same set menu to choose from. It would be great to have a self service area of pastries, yoghurt and cereal. This would increase the variety. We also found food and drink to be expensive, a large bottle of water was $4 or $4.50 from the restaurant, which is absolutely extortionate! We had one lunch at the restaurant and opted for more affordable places to eat. The other resorts are cheaper for dining options. The sun beds are taken up early, leaving the ones without the curtains left. It would be great for them all to have curtains. Some of them were dirty and needed a wipe.

We booked a deluxe sea view room at Island Center Point and it was stunning. Everything in the room was finished to a high standard: quality furniture, a comfortable bed and a beautiful outdoor bathroom with luxury toiletries. We were able to step straight from the terrace of our room onto the beach where there are lovely cabanas dotted around. The staff were all delightful, friendly and eager to help whenever they were needed. Island Center Point is towards the end of the bay closest to the jetty where the ferry drops you. It’s very quiet which suited us, we were able to dip in and out of the livelier bars further along the bay whenever we wanted and then return to the peace and comfort of our resort. It feels as though there is still work going on (not that we were in the least disturbed) and I imagine things will only improve as it becomes more established. Saracen bay is lovely, the sand is probably the best I’ve ever come across - it’s like talcum powder. On the two days we were there our side of the island was very breezy, which we were told is often the case in the dry season - this was actually very nice and kept the temperature down but for a change of scenery we also followed the signs and walked across the island to Lazy Beach where you could have been on a different island everything was so calm. There is a lovely bar and restaurant on Lazy Beach which I would also recommend. Breakfast is buffet style in the restaurant and caters to all tastes but a small criticism would be that staff were slow to replenish food that had run out. The restaurant is open all day and serves dinner in the evening but it was very quiet on both the nights we stayed - to me it lacked atmosphere at night and as such didn’t draw people in. There is plenty of opportunity in the future to make this more inviting and then I’m sure good trade would follow. All in all I would highly recommend.
