I like the fact that there had been renovations and new furniture and flooring in there and a deep bathtub. Modern TV with enough cable channels to enjoy my time there! And the fact that they gave me one hour later to check out so I could get some sleep. They were very good at checkout money for deposit was returned to my debit card immediately! I have stayed in much worse hotels across Canada. This one was a pleasant surprise

Only one thing it was hot and the air conditioner didn't work. Because the price I paid I didn't complain. But I hope they have it fixed the next time I stay. I will definitely stay but need air conditioning in the summer

The hotel was newly-renovated. The bedroom was spacious and had a kitchen with a stove top and fridge. Please provide with some cups, plates and pots/pans, so next time we can cook and be more comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay !

We requested new mattress protector and new beddings as we saw some hair and bed stains in the mattress protector. Receptionist granted our request immediately. Awesome !

Breakfast was not offered. Was lunch type food and was mediocre. Sandwich ( no choice of type) a small drink box and a muffin. The room was clean and BED WAS COMFORTABLE. Little trouble with room key operating. Looks to be in middle of renovation. Was very pleasant stay. All the amenities I needed.

Had some trouble with room key card, and you never answer the phone when I call. Answered 3 times AND I TRIED it over 10 ATTEMPTS. FROM TRYING TO BOOK MY ROOM,TO LETTING YOU KNOW, I WAS GOING TO BE LATE ARRIVING.

The bath tub is the deepest roomiest. When I travel I love to soak the ol bones. This tub saves on a hot tub and absolutely will be back for more. Close to free way easy to get to and omg there is a mc donalds down the road. Ps pizza 73 delivery to room was such Good pizza and great price

My room was whatI asked for, bed was very comfortable.Staff checked each day to see if I needed any thing extra for the room. Very quiet as well.It was a very comfortable room.

I would like to see more handicap parking as a couple of the nights i had to park farther away and I do have walking issues and use either a cane or walker.

Although the room is not perfect, I am completely satisfied comparing to the price. The breakfast is an extra. It is hard to have free one at such low room rate. To be honest the mattress is too soft for me. It is completely solved when the staff provides extra bedding so that I can sleep on the floor.

No complaint when paying such low hotel rate.

Good location for the airport. Staff were friendly. It’s good value for the price charged.

I feel like the images of the rooms are sort of digitally enhanced. Or at least the room I had was quite dark and could do with a few more lights and there were a few extra light switches but they didn’t actually do anything.

The room was value for money. The property itself was undergoing renovations so while the elevator was dirty, the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and as I was driving out West with a lot of belongings in my car they made sure I had a parking spot right in front of a CCTV camera

The airconditioner is a wall unit, so don't expect much from it.

wifi coverage was good, speed was good and it actually worked....not like other places where you barely get the connection but it doesnt work.

the complimentary breakfast was like prison experience where food was strictly rationed....like you can have only one boiled egg, either 2 slices of bread or just one pancake, children can take only one boiled egg or cherios cereal, very unexpected restrictions on food i have not seen previously anywhere else in Canada, breakfast time was from 7 am to 10 am but if you arrived after 9 am, you will hardly get anything as they dont replenish and its like first come first serve. if a food item is finished then its your luck, upon inquiring the answer was "come early" but the breakfast time is till 10 am so you must provide breakfast till 10 am.

this property is more than you see in the picture. you should not judge it by the curb appeal. they are under construction but the rooms they are renting have been beautifuly done with all the amenities I look for him a hotel room. I had a really nice suite that was priced unbelievable well just under $100 for a suite with two queen beds in one room and a cute well decorated sitting room. the bathroom still had a few decorations to be finished and the glass shower doors had not arrived but the had a nice shower curtain well installed in their place and they worked well as temporary doors. there were USB ports in the lamps and outlets , no need to bring usb blocks and dive behind furniture to plug in. the decor Color’s were warm , relaxing and felt luxurious at the same time. I felt like I was in an upscale downtown hotel but didn’t feel the guilt of their prices. the owner and daytime staff which may have been his daughter were absolutely sweet friendly and helpful you can’t ask for better service . unfortunately the night staff and at least a couple housekeepers were not as helpful or polite but they were easy to ignore and the owner was very quick to rectify any issues. my only real complaint is the breakfast that is served in the next door bar . I think this is temporary during renovations but it is the cheapest and most ridiculous breakfast ever. you are sat down told to pick one beverage yes one coffee tea juice then 2 of the five breakfast foods. frozen toasted pancakes on a paper plate with a syrup dispenser with 1/2 inch of syrup in the bottom, toast,cereal,boiled egg, muffin fruit bowl. probably a delmonte cup. the server is rude . he tells to then make your own food at buffet while he watches to make sure you only take iteam ordered. pancakes are dropped on the table for you. it’s is the most cheapskate meal I’ve ever encountered, I can I you of not even buy an extra muffin. I gave it back and went elsewhere every day.
