We were delayed in leaving for dinner, as a wedding party was clogging up the entrance. After walking Out the back and around the building to our car, we were again blocked in by the wedding transportation. Thus was all a bit disappointing, as we feel we went with a more expensive room for our last night in Calgary.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly clerk and checked in efficiently. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and well-lit (unlike many hotels in North America, it had proper ceiling lights as well as indirect lights, so I was able to see what I was doing). It also had a coffee maker with proper china mugs. I slept well. In the morning I had breakfast: the staff were friendly, and the price (CA$ 16) and quality was commensurate with a hotel of this category (i.e. neither bad nor excellent, but decent).

The airport shuttle runs only once per hour, which can lead to long waits at the airport (either waiting to be picked up, or having to go to the airport earlier than necessary). I noticed other hotels in the airport seem to run their shuttles half-hourly, so perhaps this can be improved in the future.

The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the Calgary airport runways (that's a bonus :)). The bathroom was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel provided us free pick up and drop off through their shuttle to and from the airport, which made our lives easy. They allowed us to order food from outside, which was a real help and offered us dishes and utensils even though we didn't order from their restaurant. Its a great facility and definitely a great choice if you wish to live near the airport.

I think they are currently somewhat under-staffed, given the high footfall of tourists, but the staff are very cordial and helpful and are doing their best to ensure a smooth stay for all the guests.

The room was really big, much more spacious than we expected and the bed was comfy. Everything we needed was there and the shower facilities were great. We ate in the restaurant and it was lovely, we also got a discount voucher as it was stampede time. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and the train station is walking distance.

The vending machine was broken but not a major issue. There was some miscommunication which meant we had to wait longer than expected on the shuttle to the hotel and our fridge seemed to be out of order.

Close to the airport, free shuttle, pretty good restaurant on-site (not much else in area).

For a relatively high rate, you would think breakfast would be included, or at the very least coffee in the lobby (there's a coffee maker in the room, but those things always make crappy coffee with powdered milk). Lower-priced properties, like the Comfort Inn or Super 8, provide continental breakfast (sometimes a full hot breakfast) as well as all-day coffee in the lobby. You would think a more expensive hotel like Radisson could buck up as well.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym, pool, and sauna were kept clean and accessible at all times of the day. Good channel options on TV, and plenty of parking. Special events and entertainment were planned for Calgary Stampede.

The room I stayed in needed a deep clean of bed frames, carpet, and light fixtures. Lots of dust/debris in these spaces that don't get looked at during regular room service.

The hotel was a short taxi ride away from Calgary airport, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and spacious. The swimming pool had a slide which was handy for the kids and the breakfast was nice. We also had a complementary late check-out, which was helpful as we had arrived late the previous night. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay here again next time we're in Calgary.

Not much, really. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

I had a comfortable stay. I appreciated that the housekeeping team was not in and out of the room during the time I was there. That felt like a reasonable measure of safety in this COVID aware environment. I appreciated the size of the room and the comfort of the bed and pillows. The water slide was an unexpected surprise.

There were several things in the room that were clearly broken - the extension mirror in the bathroom, a tile broken in the bathroom, the curtain pulls were off one set and laid on the window sill. As someone with gluten and dairy intolerance the grab-and-go breakfast option wasn't great for me. There were pre-wrapped muffins and yogurt for the most part.

It was a very clean and beautiful room. Located close to the airport with great shuttle service. Driver was awesome. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I appreciate their help in directions. I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Can't say that there was anything I did not like. The room was great. I do wish I had known about the shuttle from the airport - I didn't know I could get transportation TO the hotel from the airport when I arrived. Though I did use the service the next day to return to the airport.

We were not told rooms would only be cleaned after 3 days ,so we had run out of toilet paper,tissue, clean towels and coffee for machine offered in room. We called down and they sent someone up immediately with provisions. Very eager to make sure we were fine and that we had everything we needed. Very pleasant and helpful. We will stay there again if in the area. Lovely , large room well equipped.

The Bed was a problem. My husband and I rolled into middle. Hard on edges soft in middle. Mattress was surrounded by a padded wooded box , that when getting out of would hit the back of my calf. After 3 nights my back was getting sore. Also there was no breakfast offed in there restaurant. So we had to go out of hotel for breakfast .
