The beds are very comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff were very nice. We ate at the lounge and the food was good. We have stayed here a few times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay.

The chairs in the lounge need to be replaced. I'm pretty sure they are the same ones from when we stayed here in 2010! The cushioned part is non-existent anymore, so not the most comfortable, but it was either those or a bench seat. Tough to share a small round table with 3 people sitting along a bench.

I did not go to breakfast. The location was great being situated next to the highway, was easy to enter and exit the property. The unit which I was staying in was more private because of the seperation off the main hotel.

I think the check in time could have been better. Most places are for 11am. The check in time was for 3pm.

all in all it was a great location as the Royal Alex is just a short drive away,

The staff were fantastic and the on site resteraunt was delicious. The room colors and decorations were nice and homey which made tge stay better

So it needs a little upkeep. Our suite looked great at first, but the longer we stayed in it we noticed damages to the walls, stains on furniture and plumming that needed attention. One elevator needs service soon. As it reached the top floor it felt like it was going to drop us and when going down the carriage moved before the doors closed.

Clean, surprisingly quiet (for being on Kingsway), comfortable enough. Queen Suite was in other building, but very spacious for similar price. No issues. Met expectations for price point.

Decor is a little dated, but not dirty or torn.

The room was big and had everything needed in it. Everything was clean. The hotel is well situated and easy to reach with the car. A busstop is right in front of it and you're in 25 mins in the city. The restaurant in the hotel was a good option to eat. All in all an enjoyable hotel.

The "room" was more like a sizeable 2 room flat, including a seperate bedroom and living room, kitchen built-in and everything you might want or need!

WiFi was almost unusably slow (~20kbit/s!), one light switch didn't work and the floor in front of the "kitchen" was a bit sticky (i.e. dirty). Also the air conditioning was set to below 60°F (15°C), but was easy to adjust and switch off (wasn't necessary to use during my stay).

location was perfect, and accessible to places we planned to visit.

the second building being on its own, but understand the hotel was full although booked a few months prior.

The bed was comfortable and the night time staff were awesome 👍

The toilet was not clean on the inside. And only smoking outside.

We needed someplace to stay overnight as all local hotels were booked

The security deposit, we understand it is policy. However we still are disappointed.
