Had a good experience here during our visit from the states. Clean and cozy room, nice view from the 12th floor. Night 1- we had to deal with loud neighbors but thankfully it didn't last long... walls are very thin here it seems, You can hear everything around you. Shower had good water pressure. Check in lady wasn't the warmest or friendliest but thankfully we didn't have to deal with her again. Easy hotel to navigate, easy to get picked up and dropped off from Lyft/Ubers. Concierge was a friendly man who opened doors for us, that was a nice treat. Affordable hotel and good location downtown, very close to the Roger's place arena. Would stay here again if we visited Edmonton again.

Great view, spacious, nicely decorated room, the upgrade to the renovated 20th floor with access to the very cozy and beautifully decorated concierge room was really great!

We were unable to make the best use of the concierge room because of family events planned for us by others. It would have been great to come back to the hotel and spend some time in that room but our events took us just past the time when the room closes. Thankfully we were able to have one breakfast there but neither evening worked for us to use that room. So I wish it had been open at least one hour longer in the evening.

Loved the location. We parked in the underground parking when we arrived and left the vehicle for the rest of the stay. We walked downtown to various locations. Enjoyed the Farmers Market on Saturday, then took the LRT to Heritage Festival. Later that evening found a great restaurant/bar on Jasper Ave. The next day we walked the River Valley trails close to the Hotel. Awesome views. The Hotel Staff were all very accommodating and courteous. This was actually our 5th time staying here and we will definitely be back.

The Hotel is old but has quite the history in Edmonton. Didn't like that there is no Pool, Hot Tub, or Sauna. They have a Fitness room but half the equipment in there was out of order. Also the floor that the Fitness room was on had very dark hallways and did not seem to be as kept up as the rest of the Hotel.

We got a room with a view and the view of the river valley was spectacular! We also really appreciated that we were able to drop off our car early and leave our luggage so that we could go to a play at the Citadel. Thank you, also, to the front desk staff for changing our reservation at the La Ronde Restaurant. Our adjusted 8:00 pm reservation allowed us to see a view of Edmonton in daylight, dusk, and full darkness - a truly unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!!

We were initially unable to access wi-fi, but the front desk gave us a second password, which worked immediately. The room is slightly dated and I didn't love that the rubber bathtub mat was "glued" in place to the bathtub surface. I prefer having the option of using or not using the rubber mat in a hotel bathtub. Truly, though, the view from the room was one of the best I've ever seen, and the front desk staff was very helpful and attentive.

Had a great view facing south of the Muttart Conservatory and the river. Guest Services was quick to re-up our basic needs (coffee, tp and towels). All around the cleanliness of the rooms was great. And appreciated indigenous brand of soap, shampoo and lotion available.

My only peeve was the different types of televisions in our rooms 1603 and 1604. One was a basic phillips 32" lcd tv with wifi and the other was a more modern 32" roku. Previous quests netflix and amazon prime accounts were signed in and there was no local channels to catch the news and weather. Would have been nice to just turn on and have a local station available.

Room was spacious and clean. Despite some of the online reviews, I found the room was not significantly dated. Staff were polite and helpful. Good water pressure for the shower.

Parkade was in rough shape, with several sections closed. It's clearance was also incredibly low and not set up for modern vehicles. Additionally, $25 per day for parking seemed excessive. As many reviews have stated, the hotel does require some work. Only two ice machines were operational and they were located on the 16th and 18th floor.

The highlight of staying here had to be the fabulous service given by Joyce and Joe. I arrived late at night, having travelled across the country by train and looking a little dishevelled, and the service given to me the following morning by the very attentive and conscientious Joyce and Joe made up for the welcome I'd received the night of arrival. The room was just perfect, and the concierge lounge offered a break from the room when coming back from exploring the city to get jobs done and the wonderful walk in the nearby ravine walks, woodlands and parks. The service from the lounge and restaurant team was also of a high standard, and the food I ate was lovely - although it was hard to believe the half portion of tacos was just for one! Very generous! The facilities were everything I needed, wanted, and more - with a fabulous view of the river. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the exceptional service, attention to detail and high standards throughout.

Staff was excellent. When we arrived so did several hundred other people and after a 45 minute wait in line to check in our check-in agent was still very pleasant bubbly and very friendly. Check out was a breeze, had the same check out that we had when we checked in and she was incredibly friendly and lovely. Beautiful view from the 18th floor, and the hotel was in an excellent Location for the concert we were going to.

The bedding is awful. Bottom sheet too small and wouldn’t stay on the bed.

The location and facilities were great and the price was reasonable. Wonderful view!

We did not mind that no one came in to tidy the room each day, as we were only there for two nights. The coffee maker was good, but it would have been nice to have coffee for two mornings. Only one decaf and one regular was not sufficient two people. Bathroom towels were very thin and worn. There was a lack of electrical outlets for plugging in appliances and devices.

I loved the 24/7 fitness center ... halfway through the night I had a hout of anxiety (my chold wouldn't sleep and I needed a break) so I told my husband I was going to work out downstairs. AND am I ever happy u did! Half way through hubby reminds me I need to drink water so I went downstairs to grab some cash from the front desk (I only carry a card) Well the lady at the till AND the security Gaurd were AMAZING not only did security help keep find a working vending machine but I also got to see his job in action when a room was left open! And the cashier at the front desk was sooo accommodating! I also really appreciate the fact that when I went down stairs after waking up to a swollen eyelid (allergic reaction) the hotel manager was PHENOMENAL in compensating me and also helping me book my further stays as well as supplying me with a discount 🙂! 100 percent the perfect place if you need to stay somewhere with family or pets or like in my situation both! ALSO THE WINDOWS HAVE BLACK OUT CURTAINS AND ARE GINORMOUS THEY LITERALLY SPAN THE WHOLE ROOM WHICH ISNT SMALL EITHER ITS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A SMALL APARTMENT!!!

Normally I find this question easy to answer however now I don't haha not much to complain about!
