I enjoyed everything from the staff and cleanliness of the hotel and my room,. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, right next door to the Lethbridge Tower…many restaurants near by, with fast food and fine dining within stumbling distance. If you’re looking for a night in, a restaurant and lounge on site. If you’re looking for more of an evening in your room, there’s also a convenience store in the same parking lot and a liquor store.

Water pressure could have been a bit higher in the shower

Good entrance for northbound travellers. Close to Crowsnest Highway, nice view of the Water Tower Grill on north side. Attached Denny's restaurant (see below). Strip mall on south side. Well appointed, modern, comfortable rooms; existing bathtub has new fixtures.

Unexpectedly, the attached Denny's restaurant was undergoing reservations and was closed. The continental breakfast in the coffee room consisted only of breakfast bars, cookies, and Red Delicious and Granny Smith apples in addition to the coffee and juice. Because of its location next to on-ramp for the Crowsnest Highway, access to the hotel for southbound travellers involves going around the block to the north entrance, a minor issue. No handicapped access on this side, use south entrance.

Easy to find, clean, friendly staff, bright room, nice towels, very inviting. Went up to the 8th floor for ice and really thought the bright lights were great. As a women travelling alone, the bright light made me feel safer. And, I thought that floor had been completely renovated!

Ice machine on 5th floor had no ice. Ran into a staff member and he mentioned that sometimes guests will turn off the machines as they make too much noise. But, he kindly directed me to the 8th floor. And, no fault of the hotel's, but the cars racing on Mayor McGrath were extremely annoying and loud.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. I hope I spell her name right but Geetha, went above and beyond to help us. She was so friendly and understanding. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was no noise transfer from room to room. We enjoyed the pool and fitness room. The breakfast was nothing big but it was okay. I totally would recommend staying here

Unfortunately during our stay, the restaurant was closed for renovations and we had no idea until we arrived. We weren't informed when we booked.

The location was great and close to all amenities !! The bed and pillows definitely a 10 , super comfy!!

the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. The bathrooms definitely need some TLC; they were not as clean as expected and seemed to have been neglected. Additionally, the walls appeared dirty and in need of a thorough wash. The flooring also looked worn out and unclean!

Great location & reasonable prices for stay. Parking is good & side entrances are a plus when just off busy highway. Don Ono in Maintenance was very helpful & friendly, as well as Crystal at the Front Desk. Enjoyed the fitness fasciitis’s.

In general it would be great if renovated. Elevators don’t always work well, & 1st time I stayed I could not figure out how to turn on shower in room. This time housekeeping left a card to show how to work shower. Good idea.

The ease of the reservation was amazing. I was travelling with my 2 cats and it was no problem to keep them with me in my room. Having a restaurant attached to the hotel was even better..I had a couple of 4:30a mornings and coffee and breakfast was great.

The room was really hard to keep heated. The AC/heating systems are really not effective.

A nice hotel facility with a 24-hr restaurant attached at a convenient location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Very good. Lots of parking space in front of the building. Even though no free breakfast available, but with coffee, snack and fruit provided in the morning. Very good.

Bed was comfortable. Everything was fine

Door keys didn't work. Parking lot didn't have close paking spots for handcapped people Entrance isn't designed for handicapped people, or maybe the fault is all mine because I didn't look at 2nd entrance, Either way We were comfortable + slept well.

Love the staff. Enjoyed the room. Breakfast was good. Loved the activity bag for kids and the pet bag of goods for my service dog.

The breakfast room was too small. The booking.com site said that the facilities were closed so I left my swimsuit at home. Turns out, they were all open!
