We love this hotel. The staff is great and we love to see the dogs. It is always very clean and comfortable. The pool is great and my kids love the waterslide. The breakfast area and selection of breakfast food is also fantastic.

The only reason I didn’t rate this as an exceptional stay has nothing to do with the hotel itself. There were some very loud people on our floor that were inconsiderate with the voice volume around 9pm, and again at about 11:45 PM in the hallway. There isn’t much the hotel can do about this, but I did stick my head out the door to see if I could catch a glimpse of them. My three kids were awake because of them. I hope they had a great night!

Checking in was smooth, easy and super friendly. Having the hotel remember little details such as extra pillows and towels was refreshing. First handi accessible room that I was able to stay in and feel comfortable and get around (including the bathroom)! Breakfast was very good and the host was kind enough on our check out to grab some fruit for me as I missed breakfast but needed fruit for medical reasons. I would definitely stay here again!

Bathtub plastic bar should not be considered a bar to use to get you in/out of tub. It clearly is loose but if you don't know, you won't know. Signage on this would be beneficial - not a support bar.

The location was great, easy to find, and get to. The room was clean and a great size for a large family. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast included is a must for us, and the breakfast was really good with several options of hot and cold items.

There were 6 registered guests in the room but only 3 bath towels. It would be nice to be told to get pool towels from the front desk and to have a place by the pool to place used one.

Delicious sausage and hashbrowns,great selection for breakfast options. Comfy beds. Good sized room. Very clean. Friendly staff. Early check-in/late check out wasn't an issue.

Pancake machine (barely cooked, not great)...switch to the wafflemakers, and you'll have the perfect breakfast! Didn't love grabbing pool towels from front desk- inconvenient. Better to stock in the rooms or have waiting in the pool. Pool too cold.

They upgraded us to a family sweet without us asking for the same price. Staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂

Because it was so busy it was hard to get in to get our breakfast right away so we ended up getting the last portions that were left over from after the rash of breakfast not much seating ended up taking our food to her room to eat with the kids but overall not too bad would have been easier if breakfast times were a little longer to accommodate the rush.

The lady at the front desk when we arrived around 730pm was really nice, knowledgeable, friendly and told us about breakfast and what is close by. Kids loved the water slide. Central location. The complimentary breakfast was excellent tasting and great for choice, very nice touch.

Parking was non existent, hectic getting in and out. The pool was freezing cold! For an indoor pool it felt way too chilly, all the guests were sitting there complaining. The pool towels need an upgrade, small and shabby.

The staff, the pool, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was very well done.

Location next to a busy road where cars and motorcycles like to rev and race, not the hotels fault but other guests should be aware.

My kids and myself really enjoyed the amazing breakfast. We enjoyed the serving staff too. They were always ready to ask one of the kids a new question each day. Fresh pancakes and crispy but not greasy hash browns were so yummy! There were so many options. We tried something new each day. The organic Chai tea was our favourite and available throughout the day too! The best experience was getting a call from the front desk to my phone, as they were told by one of the guests that a van in the parking lot had one of the doors open. The front desk gal went and closed the door, and then called me to let me know it was my van (kids left the side door open!) I hadn’t noticed. I went out and nothing was stolen and was able to lock my van up. I was so thankful! The pool was amazing! My kids had hours of fun at a time in there.

The only thing in the whole experience that could have been better was if the workout room had better ventilation and air conditioning. I worked out several days but it was not easy as it was SO hot and stuffy.

We loved the pool, the kind staff, the spacious and comfortable and clean room! We also appreciated the little convenience shop.

Nothing was disappointing, but the breakfast was pretty mid. It was a typical continental, but the sausages tasted weird and the selection wasn't ideal. But I'm nitpicking!

I booked a handy capped accessible room and for the most part it met my requirements However the bath tub was hard to get in and out of Had I been in a wheel chair and not just using a cane I would not have been able to use it. My husband had to assist me and I require the use of a small step that we carry in our car for this reason. The extra floor space in the main part of the room and the bathroom was much appreciated I also used the hot tub in the pool area, It was great but the hand rail on the side of the tub was a little loose
