Breakfast was very good, Waitress a little over rushed. We didn’t get our orange juice until just about done eating and seems good to have it before you eat.

Well it seems today was clean the parking lot day, and they started under our bedroom window at 7:00 am. When we went for breakfast the intire building was in a dust cloud from the reverse brushes on the machine, I went out to move our car to far side of parking lot. Desk clerk said “well it has to be done” After breakfast our car was covered with fine sand. We had to go get a car wash. You owe me $9.00. Next time sprinkle parking lot before cleaning and start operations after majority of guests have eaten and left for the day

Very clean bed, no bedspread, which was great, very clean bathroom, nice towels and personal items. Staff were very friendly, especially the lady at breakfast! Coffee and tea in room was nice, TV had a simple and clean remote. Temperature could be adjusted easily.

The first room had not been vacuumed at all and had cat or small dog food all over and the rug looked stained and ratty. The second room was vacuumed but the carpet also had some small stains, as did the couch and needed a steam cleaning.

Clean. comfortable,. good location.

The door key card system is a real pain in the ass. On 4th floor and get to door with bags and key fails. Back to desk to get new cards. Same old comment that the prob is my phone. But the phone in truck so it's not the phone it's your card/reader system that is unreliable. Clean, fix replace or whatever. But the key probs at this property has been an issue on my last two stays.

Staff was excellent, kitchen took care of our extra request for a Gluten free breakfast meal. Staff should be brief on Jewish tradition and forbidden food like that pork in eggs benedict should never be near to or touching other food.

Saw a customer request eggs benedict without the pork, staff went to back kitchen and came back to guest and gave him the eggs on toast without pork BUT when she came back a few minutes later and told guest that all she did was removed the pork slice in the kitchen and wanted to make sure he wasn't allergic to pork, he stopped eating and left! So, if a guest request something removed from a dish, you should make it FRESH, not just remove it!

Elevator was equipped to operate only with use of room key but that feature was not working in any of the elevators. It made me feel less safe. However, the multiple security cameras feeding front desk computer was very reassuring.

I was only there for one night on a trip to Lloydminister area and it was a handy location that gave me a good place to stay. I booked it online, which was easy and had no problem signing in when I got there. Front desk clerk was great and very helpful. The lounge was a nice place to sit down in after a busy day and I enjoyed the caesar salad and a beer.

For my stay, on this particular trip, I can't think of anything.

We liked the location and the decor was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was on the main floor and was quiet. We loved that there was a laundry facility we had access to. It was also within walking distance to restaurants including one on the premise.A hot Breakfast was included.

There were stains on the carpet in our room. Although there was a hot breakfast there was very little in terms of fresh fruit or cereals etc. If you do not like bacon and eggs or pancakes then you are out of luck. Many of the other places we stayed offered cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, as well as sausage and eggs, toast, bagels, waffles etc. This place did not.

Fast check in, friendly staff and clean. The hotel was very busy with young people's ball teams. It was very noisy by our room. Upon request we were moved to a very quiet top floor where there were only adults. We were also provided with cutlery and wine glasses in our room upon request. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. It included bacon, sausages, cubed fried potatoes, and egg bites. Very delicious.

The staff were very friendly! Our room was quiet and clean. Our family LOVED the pool.

The only thing we didn't love was the water temperature of the showers - the temperature would swing wildly between scalding hot and freezing cold. The temperature changes were so drastic it was on the verge of being dangerous for a child. We settled with tepid showers just to be on the safe side.

Did not eat breakfast.

Supper menu was small, couldnt find parking on the second night even though I paid for two nights parking. Found a empty alcohol bottle in the room under the bench in the room. Lines on tv when watching a rented movie.
