Expectations were moderate for a 3 star rating. I picked it for location and price. The rooms back on 2 separate separate courtyards - one has the outside pool and is closer to the busy intersection of Hwy 97 & hwy 33. The back one (where we stayed) is very quiet with lots of shade from a huge tree and is behind the office and indoor pool. All? / most? rooms back on one of these courtyards. It was very nice to sit outside in the evening and morning in the shade - out of the heat and no road noise. Very close to a great breakfast at the JAMMERY on Harvey ave!

The bathroom needs to be renovated (#312) - old tub has several chips in the enamel and the corner grout is black. Also the toilets need to be changed to comfort height. Also, there is NO outlet near the beds - this needs to be added for phones please.

We had the double room with the kitchen. We rented 2 of these for all of our family. In the middle of Kelowna. But you can not even see the highway .. So much beautiful green space. Lots of room for children to play. The pool was amazing. They cleaned it at least 2 times a day from the leaves falling in from the the beautiful trees.. The staff was so friendly.. They have ice machine.. Bbq. Laundry room. Toys for the pool and games .. Playground. Lots of tables and chairs. Flower gardens some with fountains. Great security... Made sure that only guest of the motel were on site. I saw one guest rented it to have there birthday party there.

Some of the staff were a bit standoffish! The cola machine is at the property but wasn’t working well. When informed staff they were a bit rude that deal with the cola company directly it doesn’t belong to us. But a tourist is not going to ask a vendor why something is not working, it should be the responsibility of the property but their reply and accepting feedback was a shock. But the staff different at check in was very polite and nice.

Previous reviews advised that the resort was older and less modern than others. We agreed; however, for the 8 hot August days we spent there, the AC was 100% working and very cool, the outdoor pool was available every day, the indoor pool and hot tub were fully operational, and there was no significant late-night or early morning noise. For us, it represented excellent value for money We also appreciated that room service did a great job!

As others said, it's a little older and in the process of repairs and maintenance. As we left, the outdoor pool had to be taken offline because some kids are peeled off some loose tiles, making the pool unsafe. Yes the tiles should have been secured, but also: kids peeled off tiles. Parents!

We stayed in a family suite with kitchenette, nice room big space to accomodate a big family or a group of friends. It had 3 bed and 1 sofa bed. Bed and pellows are soft and comfortable. I like that we can make our own meal inside the room. Also the place has plenty of facilities to utilize with all guest.And most of all staff are very friendly and polite

The place is a bit old and outdated but still very accommodated and in the middle of the city.

Beds were comfortable. Quiet location with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was closed during our stay. It was exactly what we needed in a difficult time (during the state of emergency due to summer fires). Flights were cancelled and we needed a single night stay before catching a ride to YVR. There were not many accommodation options still available so we appreciated getting this one. A clean and safe solution.

We were only there for a short time and could not make use of facilities.

The park was directly behind our back door, the children enjoyed how accessible it was

The trip was for my sons 10th birthday, we picked this location because of the outdoor pool. Without notice or warning, they shut down the outdoor pool for painting and water treatment while the indoor pool was littered with floating bandaids and dirt. It was a bummer they decided to do the maintenance on a weekend rather than a weekday and giving zero notice. The internet did not work and the housekeepers didn’t stop by.

The pool was so beautiful. And the grounds around the pool well taken care of. So many family's enjoying the childrens park. Bbq.. Volleyball net. They also have pool toys and we got some cards from the frount desk. Staff is so friendly..

I cant think of anything .. They must be working on the rooms to up date.

When we were between activities or done for the day the property had activities to keep my son busy. They keep up with the maintenance very well and the gardens are quite nice.

The rooms could use some updating but they were clean and had everything you needed or if it didn’t the staff was very helpful on obtaining what we needed.

We thought the property was beautiful, loved staying in the 1 bedroom suite with the courtyard and big grassy area leading out to the pool area. We loved both of the pools.

Our suite wasn’t cleaned very well before we checked in, the bathroom was a little bit dirty. We didn’t have a patio table or chairs on our patio and the children in the room next to us were playing on our patio so it wasn’t very private.
