The room is spacious & clean. The capsule coffee machine in the room is a nice touch. The breakfast is good. Although the selection is not wide (eg. no ham or cheese or fruit), the bagel & muffin are delicious and the Starbuck coffee is actually a strong brew good for international guests (as opposed to the diluted version favoured by locals). The air conditioner is a bit noisy but tolerable. The housekeeping staff has forgotten about the shower/shampoo gel but was quick to provide them when asked and was also very kind to bring an electric kettle for us.

The Staff was very nice! Made Check-In super easy, which was much appreciated after dealing with Booking.com all morning! I had a special request and they were more than understanding! Room was very clean and nice and warm. Bed was super comfortable! Even though it’s by the road it’s very quiet. Also, love the guest laundry facilities. Nice when you’re on a long trip to be able to do a quick wash.

everything was great however there was no coffee at 8:50 am in the breakfast area. continental breakfast until 10. Decent selection other than out of coffee a couple of mornings. not a big issue as each room has a keurig so I made my own. but real cream is only available in the breakfast area and I hate hate hate powdered coffee mate. The front desk staff (morning and evening) were all EXCEPTIONAL!!

Super clean, very comfortable bed, great AC. I booked this place because it was one of the cheapest in the area, and I was blown away. The staff were so friendly and let me check in early and check out late. They allowed me to even leave my bags after check out, for a few hours. They also booked a taxi for me. The property is walking distance to many restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The included breakfast was delicious. Starbucks coffee with 5 different flavours of coffee mate, fresh muffins and bagels, cereal, yogurt. Overall I had an amazing stay.

great value for the location. staff were friendly. bed and pillows were soft. had fridge and a microwave. has cable tv. they allow dogs.... which is very important for me. lots of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. breakfast was included (although we didn't eat)

room could have been in better shape. there were holes in the walls from things that used to be mounted. the door lock was missing screws. hard to get to if you are heading north on the hwy.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Although on a busy road no issue with noise. Google directions were spot on.

Access from southbound direction only and road very busy at rush hour though no issue with noise in the room.

We had a hic cup to our travel plans. The staff at this hotel worked with us at every step to help us get things figured out. We felt very valued as a customer. We highly recommend this friendly, clean, customer focused establishment. I can't thank them enough.

The shower head had one setting and it wasn't changeable. It was quite unpleasant as it was the "beat the hell out of the person" setting

Conveniently located for journey to Banff. Close to some decent places to dine. Large room, in fact everything needed for a stop over.

There was a stale, slightly musty smell to the room.

Very comfortable beds. Room was clean. Although facing highway., no noise from the road.. For the price and just needing a place to sleep, a very good deal. Will definitely stay there again when traveling.
