The owner went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready when we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive till 1 in the morning. He also told us not to worry about check out time and sleep as long as we want. He would have canceled our reservation too if we would have booked with his website instead of the bookings website (which would have charged us if we would have cancelled so short noticed). The cabin was very spacious and clean

Our cabin was right in the highway and was extremely noisy all night long.

The rooms were comfortable, very clean and being centrally located, we had easy access to fun stuff like the Hot Springs, zip lining, lake, etc. They also had a barbecue outside that any guest could use which was helpful. The staff were super friendly and nice, gave us extra towels for hot springs, etc. I think it is a family run business and they have pride in their facility.

The coffee machine was NOT a Keurig as advertised. It would be nice if there was more than a microwave--some larger units have kitchenettes but most did not.

William, the owner of the motel, is an outstanding gentleman. He was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. He even provided a wealth of information and thoughtfully prepared a booklet with menus from nearby restaurants, making it easy to decide where to eat. I will definitely return next time. Highly recommended to everyone considering a stay at Brook.

A quaint little place in a great location. The owner,Len, was very informative..as good as, or better, than the local visitor center. He took the time to give us all the good tips down to where to shop, dine and hike. There were outdoor areas to hang out and he was just so welcoming and friendly.

Great view of the mountains. Quick drive to the hot springs, hikes and town. Or walk to the town to enjoy the sites. The owner was very friendly and had great ideas of things for our family to do. Our room was great- we ate breakfast and lunch there. We appreciated the microwave and fridge. There was a great table that our family enjoyed playing games each night on.

The property was beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Wim is such a hard worker and you can tell that he takes great pride in his property. He is very friendly and personable. The cottage was perfect for my daughter, puppy and I. It was very clean when we arrived. The ac kept us nice and cool. Our puppy loved the front deck as he is very nosy and liked to watch all the goings on in the neighbourhood. I would highly recommend this cottage/motel to other travellers.

Great Location (close to Hotsprings); rooms are clean; kitchenette, dining table, cuttlery, plates and mugs are available. Helpful and friendly staffs. They're upgraded my room (with the same price for more spacious rooms) Thank You! We'll Come Back ❤❤

Very friendly staff and great rooms.

Nothing was bad. Only thing I will change next time is booking directly with motel as booking sites charge extra money for booking and you end up paying more than actual motel.

The room was spacious and clean. Wim was so lovely and checking in/out was a breeze.

The only thing I would say is that the toilet seat in our room was rather wobbly, it felt like we were going to slip in. I also found the bed a little hard, but that’s just me I would rather pillow tops.

Owner very freindly, went out of his way to make you feel comfortable, rooms very nice on the updated rooms, quiet , will come back again when in radium.
