it was a nice flat, 2 rooms with & kitchen & washing machine even! I love it, unfortunately It was a short stay only. plus the shuttle service! awesome, the driver from the airport was a nice fellow, I din't tip him though but he deserved a good one, sorry, I just arrive so I don't have cash on hand. (and a credit card user I am), but the driver from the hotel to the airport was the opposite, not helpful at all! so rude, usually they'll assist you with your bags, this one has a trick. hope I will not encounter same driver as him!

My travel plans were thrown into disarray by cancellation of my BC ferry sailing and the front desk could not have been more helpful. They stored my bags and gave me good advice, all without impatience. The room was exceptional. Absolutely everything as one would hope for, but doesn't always get. Shuttle worked fine; driver polite and helpful. I've stayed at half a dozen YVR/Richmond hotels and this one stands head and shoulders above all the others.

Opening hours of the restaurant could have been a bit expanded. I arrived at 9.00pm and there wasn't time to shower and change before it closed. It opened at 0700 for an excellent breakfast, but 0630 would have been more convenient.

Room was amazing. There was a coffee pot in the room.

The room was cold when I arrived..felt like no heat on. I felt there should have been breakfast included for the price. I booked here because of offering shuttle service to the airport. I asked the night driver what time shuttle service starts in the morning. He said 6 a.m. I came down at 6:55 and the elder gentleman behind the counter informed me no one would come till 9 a.m. I explained to him my reason for booking with them..he grudgingly made a call and said someone would come at 7:30. Four other families also went on the 7:30 shuttle with me.

Convenient location. Nice shuttle driver, who we tipped and seemed to be the Only ones who did! Nice staff at the adjacent bar.

Headboards were literally peeling of their thin rubber coating. Room was down a dingy hallway and on a corner where people seemed to love to congregate. But it was for just one night and was adequate, if rather expensive, though not for Vancouver rates.

My experience at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport was by far the best one I've had in my travels out of Vancouver. My review shows my genuine delight at every part of it. What I was aware of was the presence of several staff members at all times, lending an atmosphere of quality service and attention.

I could not get the TV to work properly, just a note. I did not miss it I fell asleep very early. I did have difficulty hearing and understanding the desk at times, person but I was satisfied with my stay.

Location was perfect, very close to sky train stations which provided access to anywhere you would want to go. Beds were very comfy, room was spacious. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was an awesome perk. The restaurant downstairs had amazing food (especially the dirty fries).

The hot tub was out of order, which was a bummer. On the website it said that the hotttub was functioning, and that the gym was out of order. When we arrived it was the opposite. Gym was up and running, but hot tub was out of order. Would have given it a 10 if I knew ahead of time that the hot tub was out of order. Maybe keeping the website more up to date of the functionality of facilities?

The staff was exceptionally helpful in providing a handicap accessible room at the very last minute. Overall the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and available when needed. It was also within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants, and a drug store which we were able to purchase food, toiletries, etc for our stay. This hotel also has a restaurant attached to it called Freebirds with excellent food.

Very small apparent stains were noticed in the bathtub despite the bathtub being literally sparkling in cleanliness. Stain appeared to be a result of damage that maintenance repaired immediately. We also had to arrange a later check out past noon due to getting our COVID tests. While the staff were happy to accommodate, they did not communicate that we would be charged a small fee for that time (I also forgot to ask). Note to staff: area around the ice machine on the 5th floor looked a bit dirty.

Time I reached the location, it was showing two bookings for me though I booked and needed only one. Staff at the front said that I needed to speak to booking.com to get this sorted, but the manager sorted this quickly, and I will recommend this place to anyone. I would like to say ' Thanks' as otherwise it could have cost me $300 extra

Got a free shuttle bus from the airport ,very easy to catch up the bus but the return bus to the airport need to reserve!! The hotel located very close to the airport , clean and quiet.

The hotel staff are nice but gave to little information about attractive places near the hotel which have a lot of places to visit or having meal ,no need to go to the city center if spending just a night in Richmond.

Staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful with resolving issues i had with my booking. The room was nice and there was an ice machine in the hallway. They even have a liquor store in case you get really thirsty at night. Its really close to the airport and there is a free shuttle every 30 min.Make sure to tell the front desk that you need it.

Overall a very nice experience. I cant think of anything bad right now honestly
