It was close to the airport. Was a nice place with a free shuttle to the airport.

I didn’t like that the staff had not turned off the alarm from the person who stayed before us, so we got a 6AM wake up scare with a blaring alarm clock.

Excellent room on 6th floor, marked as "Executive Floor". Big, airy, clean, quiet & comfortable. Bathroom looked recently refurbished & the shower was really strong. Microwave, coffee maker & kettle are very useful. Very friendly & helpful reception staff. It's located in a Chinese business district, with scores of restaurants within short walking distance, plus a McDonald's a hundred yards away & a shopping mall across the road behind the hotel.

Lobby area is a bit gloomy on arrival, but this didn't affect my stay at all.

The staff could not possibly be nicer or more helpful. They were all fantastic! The mattress and bedding are the best I’ve ever experienced! The shower needs an second safety bar on the inside wall of the stall and a shelf for personal shampoo and soap The bathroom faucet is too short. The water barely makes it over the counter into the sink, and scoop. As soon as a hand goes under the water. The water splashes all over the counter! Just an FYI: Excellent for airport stay — Not convenient for downtown sightseeing

Location of the hotel is good, close to sky train station, shopping centre, walmart and plenty of dinning options close by

The housekeeping arrangement was a bit confusing to start with. After talking to the staff, we started to realise we need to request for housekeeping service. Once we follow the process of requesting for housekeeping service, the housekeeping service is done as requested and done properly and efficiently

We stayed here for one night in between 2 long flights. The airport shuttle service was great, we were picked up quickly and we reserved our shuttle back to the airport for the next day during check-in. Without us asking, the person at reception gave us a late departure so that we could rest up before our next flight. This was very appreciated. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and there is a small mall a few minutes' walk so very convenient. Our room was very comfortable. Everything was nice.

The staffs are friendly and very helpful to check us in earlier since our flight arrived in the morning. The room is very clean and bed is comfort. The room provides all the basics needs, like refrigerator, microwave, water cooker and coffee machine. Free tea bag and coffee was bonus. Also, they provide free shuttle commute between the hotel and airport every 30 mins was helpful. The location is perfect and right in all the food spots and malls within walking distance.

The lobby doesn’t smell pleasant , filled with some strong food spices everywhere. Elevator isn’t clean enough and no one clean the trash on the floor.

The Grand Park Hotel exceeded all expectations! It is located only a five-minute walk to Skytrain station for easy access anywhere in Vancouver and across the street behind the hotel is a big shopping mall with all the shops you could want and a food court. The area is predominantly Asian so there was a large selection of choices for Asian restaurants, but the hotel restaurant served Italian cuisine and was very good as well. The king room was very large and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful from the minute we walked in, storing our luggage before and after check-in, providing directions to key locations, and suggesting places to visit. The housekeeping staff were quick to respond when we asked for additional coffee supplies. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and accommodated our schedule. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Vancouver.

Everything exceeded our expectations and we were never disappointed.

I had a really great stay at Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport. Even though I read several reviews that made me worry about the conditions of the hotel, I am able to say that it exceeded all my expectations and I had a good overall experience. The staff was very helpful, the wifi connection worked perfectly, it was all very clean and comfy, and the shuttle service was on time and very convenient.

I did not have any problems during my stay, so I cannot mention anything I did not like.

We stayed at the Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport the day before our cruise. We got the hotel shuttle from the airport and were able to stow our luggage before taking a short walk to the Skytrain to see where the cruise terminal was. After spending the day downtown we had dinner at one of the many restaurants walking distance to the hotel. The next morning we took the hotel shuttle back to the airport and got the Skytrain downtown to the cruise terminal (that way we didn't have to deal with the stairs at the closest train station). We were very happy with our stay; the staff were extremely pleasant, the location is excellent for transit, shopping and restaurants, and the hotel itself is very nice indeed, with comfortable rooms and a spacious public area. .

Nothing. Yes, we would have liked to have stayed downtown close to the cruise terminal, but this hotel was very good value for money considering the prices in Vancouver.

I loved how convenient the hotel is to the airport and many nearby restaurants. Sumin at the front desk was super helpful as well by providing information about the hotel and recommendations to restaurants and stores nearby. Also, this place has shuttle buses to transport you to the airport.

The bathroom could use some improvements that would enhance the experience such as adding a non-slip bath mat, a ventilation fan, or extra furniture for miscellaneous things.
