We stayed here for a family wedding, the staff were phenomenal, they were helpful and the accommodation was exactly what we needed, a place to root ourselves, have a chance to unwind in the pool/hot tub, close to shops/mall and restaurants, and close to the wedding activities etc which were at the 50th Parallel Winery not far away.

Hot tub was too hot first night and then closed for maintenance after that. Fire alarm in the night and standing outside waiting for fireman to clear for safety. Sprinkler system set off fire alarm. Desk clerk was super! I really think more staff is needed! We stayed 6 nights, not 1 and would have liked room service every other day perhaps without having to give 24 hour notice. Staff were wonderful!

love that there’s a separate door for entry in and out with your dogs. love their pet policy

room was quite dirty and old. wallpaper was literally peeling off the wall all over and carpet was pulled up and bunched in multiples places

The property is compact yet has all the amenities one needs for an overnight stay. It’s easily accessible off the main artery through the region. The hotel is squeaky clean with fresh decor, and the beds offer a comfortable sleep. If you’re a breakfast lover, there’s something for everyone and it’s included in the total price.

The parking lot is tight, so street parking is the only option if arriving later. This isn’t an inconvenience but the only conceivable downer.

The location was good. Breakfast was fabulous! Really good variety of hot/cold food, juices, muffins, cereal, cinnamon buns, etc. The staff were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. We will most likely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Vernon.

The beds were super comfy, rooms clean and staff were great!

We were late to the breakfast, which I believe is a factor, but the hot breakfaat was quite unedible. The other options looked good and maybe should have gone for more of those options. Coffee was nice and strong. Also it was nice that there were juice and milk options available.

Location was great. Lots of parking

Check in was very painful. Only one clerk and customer who tied up clerks time for at least 15 minutes before I was finally checked in. Had run out of hot breakfast food on first day and had a considerable wait for the refills.

Because we were exploring the local area, we chose this accommodation since it was just off a main highway and on the edge of town. There is a restaurant across the car park and several more along with a pub within a 5 minute easy walk.

I don't really have any negative points. Unfortunately like the rest of the world our visit coincided with the recession so accommodation prices are rising.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool and hot tub were not available. I realize things need maintenance but then a room discount should be offered when it is not available to use.
