The location was perfectly situated in Whistler Village for easy walking to everything! My room was exceptionally clean thanks to Louise, and bed very comfortable! The room also had a moveable tower fan that I could place for my comfort! From the moment I arrived, Louis assisted me at the front door, and he was so kind! He also helped me with my iPhone that had locked up. Amazing! Gemma checked me in and was so full of guidance as my first time in Whistler. Georgia was night shift and so helpful when I needed a power cord, she brought me one to borrow! EXCELLENT customer service all around from everyone! Gemma showed me how to work the coffee machine and offered an apple. After being on a 4-day horseback riding trip in the Rocky Mountains, it was nice to feel welcomed by these kind folks. I gave Louis a hug when I left! A perfect place to stay!!

Fabulous location right at the gondolas/lifts and Village Stroll. Comfortable beds & pillows. Good kitchen facilities. Great views. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Private use of rooftop hot tub.

The thumping music from The Longhorn Saloon apres ski party every day from 3pm. So bad we moved from our premium Mountain View suite to one at the back of the hotel so we could actually enjoy a relaxing time!

I liked everything actually. I stayed there because I was mainly going to go biking on the mountain. One little gripe I have though is the cable attached to the tools is a little short, no worries if you brought your own tools like I did. Everyone was very nice and accomodating, Andrew specially was very accomodating.

There was nothing I didn't particularly not like. I liked our stay, I'm already planning my return. My family was also telling me to use the same hotel when we go back. So yeah, we will be going back.

We’ve stayed at The Sundial several times and just had another wonderful 2 night stay. The hotel is nicely maintained. Room came with a kitchen which is convenient. We had room 603. The one bedroom suite was a great size with a fabulous view of the mountain slopes and were there during Crankworx so we had the best view of the bikes coming down the jumps etc. Another highlight of our stays was the rooftop hot tub that you could sign out for 1/2 hour. Seems like it would be too short, but it's actually the perfect amount of time as you wouldn't want to sit in 101 to 104 degrees for more than 15 minutes anyway. Towels are provided and there's a shower up there to rinse off. All staff we encountered were polite and helpful.

The only negative I can think of is that the Longhorn Pub (I think that's what it's called), is below. It's like a nightclub with music and drunk shenanigans yelling past midnight. It's not the hotels fault, and they actually provide packaged earplugs in the rooms, which I thought was odd when I first saw them but made sense at midnight :) . If you're a light sleeper or go early to bed, this may be a bigger problem.

The parking is easy-in, easy-out. I also enjoyed the free ski storage that allowed guests to drop off equipment and then grab it in the morning before walking 100 feet to the lift line. Easy. The double suite was awesome and offered us space to stretch our achey bodies after a day on the mountain.

The bar music is outrageous. You have been warned. I also feel a hotel of this cost should provide some type of substantive breakfast for guests. If you want complete privacy, the double suite windows facing the village are not the right choice for you.

The room location was excellent. It was both a village and mountain view. Very clean rooms and cozy. I liked being so close to amenities in the village. The hotel staff left a lovely bottle of wine for my sister to celebrate her 50th birthday. This was a very nice touch and very thoughtful! We enjoyed the roof top hot tub..

The parking was quite expensive. The hotel was kind enough to only charge 1/2 price on 1 of the 2 vehicles we brought but it was still expensive.

The Sundial hotel made it very easy for us to travel with our eight-month old baby. They provided a crib, high chair, and diaper genie in the suite, and the staff helped us unload and load our big pile of luggage from the car. The suite had a well-equipped kitchen where we made food for ourselves and the baby. It was a bit of an experiment for us but we enjoyed it a lot, had time to relax, and will most likely be back. Thank you to the team at Sundial!

The staff was very helpful (Thank you Roxy and the front guy with dreadlocks - sorry, I lost your name card!). The apartment was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities you need. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The rooftop sauna was a surprise as we didn't expect it to be included. We booked the time slot but after us there were no other reservations, so we could stay longer than the 30-minute limit.

The small bedroom is located close to some kind of pipe system, so you could hear humming at night when there is no other sound. Not a big problem if you fall asleep easily.

Great spacious room, with a comfortable bed and perfect views. The rooftop hot tub was a magical way to start the day before mountain biking. Steps away from the ski lifts / bike park, and similarly close to a ton of food options in the village. Last but not least, the staff was exceptional. They were flexible about our hot tub booking, they accommodated a late valet check-out and stored our luggage for the day while we were at the bike park, and were just really friendly overall.

Unbeatable location for the lifts and nightlife. Premium mountain view room was large and comfortable with good beds and showers and a great view! Ski storage system at the basement level leading out to the lifts worked well.

Room is ready for refurbishment, the kitchen equipment was a little battered and temperamental. Was surprised to find only one toilet in a two bed, two bathroom room.
