Bit of an older building, but all the services are still available. The staff were courteous, and not overly chatty. My room was comfortable, albeit a bit dated. I love that there was a patio door off my room for ease of access to my vehicle. Also, having McD's and BP a short walk away was SUPER convenient.

Just out dated. The couch was hard and not comfy. The patio door was a bit janky. It all functions, so there is that. The staff, while they were courteous, they did not speak to me other than when I was checking in. I passed by a few different people working there and barely got acknowledgement. I was expecting a polite smile, a mumbled "Good morning/afternoon", but I didn't even get eye contact.

The evening staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. The breakfast had lots of choices

There were no instructions on how to operate the tv and remotes. The tv flickered from time to time as I watched it There was no bathtub plug I am a senior and had to climb quite a steep set of stairs with my luggage to get to my room The morning staff were not nearly as friendly as the evening staff I was told to park behind the hotel because closer parking was reserved for first floor guests. It would have been a much longer walk to my room. There was ample parking so I just ignored that request as I was checking in at 9 pm. Again, I’m a senior and was tired from driving all day 😊

The breakfast was great and was quickly restocked when needed. The hotel security was also very appreciative and made us feel safe. The location was also great for getting to the hotel and to get to our destination afterwards.

Perhaps having a few more options for television series in the rooms such as streaming services for rainy days. It also felt as though the hotel was understaffed as it took longer than expected to get to our room.

The staff extended over and above normal expectations to make our stay comfortable. They served hot breakfast with a variety of choices more than average hotels.

The hotel demanded a $100 authorized charge on my credit card for any damages, but it could not provide a list of existing damages. How would they know if the damage is pre-existent or made by us? No elevator for second-floor guests.

The room was nice and spacious, the staff has potential to be very friendly.

2/3 staff weren't very friendly at all, when i checked out and returned the keys the staff member just sat in the back room and shouted bye after I did. The one lady who worked through night was delightful and kind my dogs loved her. The TV wasn't plugged in properly so I had to fix that myself, the drain in the tub doesn't work properly. I wanted a bath so I wrapped a cloth the plug the drain. Then when I showered and removed the cloth the water wouldn't drain so I had my shower in a bunch of water.

The location was great. The hotel was fully booked and it was very busy for only one staff to work the breakfast. She was very good and worked hard but it was very hard to keep up and maintain adequate food for many people that wanted a quick breakfast

Breakfast was a waiting game as the hotel was fully booked and the staff really tried hard to keep up but it was quite overwhelming for 1 person- maybe extra staff for a couple of hours when the hotel is fully booked.

The rates were really good and everything was clean . The breakfast was really good as well, great selection and tasty. Anita did a great job keeping the breakfast station stocked and clean.

When i tried to put the heat on, there was a very strong and obnoxious odour coming from the heater.

Good Breakfast and 24/7 coffee etc

All was well for our booking, knowing its location and choosing such. If a person is looking for nature, pleasant scenery and a quiet area, this wouldnt be the ideal location.

24h reception with super friendly staff. Nice location close to the highway. Massive rooms and very confortable.

Breakfast was pretty bad. Apart from the make your own waffles, hot options were limited to meat stick sausages and warmed up microwaved eggs.

it was located right off the highway so easy to get to. when we arrived the bathroom light did not work so they put us in a new room right away. wish the patio doors had a screen so we could have left it open for fresh air. the complementary breakfast was ok. other then that it was a nice stay.

the kids that were running around the hotel all day and the computer in the lobby was being used 90% of the time by a family.
