Front desk staff were very accommodating with my request for a quiet floor. Room was excellent, large, beds were super comfortable, very clean.

Hallways were not vacuumed, debris on the floor in most hallways, waterside wasn't on each time we went to the pool, a maintenance sign was always up.

The restaurant food was very good. Really enjoyed the suite. Bathroom with walk in shower was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide.

The hot tub at the pool could have been cleaner. The beds were overly soft but ok. Also had the air conditioning on but found the room warm through the night. A couple more chairs in the room would have been good.

Beds were comfortable, pool was great, restaurant was nice and breakfasts were affordable.

No water in the gym, went to the front desk and offered to carry a jug back. They said someone would be out right away. Worked out for an hour and no water ever came...

Everything comfortable and clean. The only thing that lacked was the restaurant service my son and I stood at the front of restaurant to be seated and were never approached so we left. The sign read restaurant opened 7am to 9pm. Other than that this hotel has got to be the best one I've ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel was so good. Except for restaurant service. It is what it is.🤷🏾‍♀️

The beds were the most comfortable beds of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Even the pull out couch bed was comfortable.

They were redoing the roof so it was loud in the morning. A little too early!

Staff were great. Kind, helpful, and efficient. They knew exactly what to do and how to help us.

The cleanliness / maintenance of the pool area. There wasn’t enough towels for everyone to dry up.

Staff, pool, room.. All around great facility.

Booking.com sucks! It was unfortunate I could not apply for my CAA discount upon arrival. I booked on the Clarion website, but was somehow blind sided into booking.com. Next time I will call direct.

The restaurant was great, delicious food, friendly staff at a reasonable price, what more could you ask for? The room was spacious and clean. The 5th floor was very quiet.

There were some rambunctious kids at the pool sliding somewhat dangerously, and disrupting some other visitors in the pool, staff didn't step in and say anything for quiet a while.

Loved the convenience and the pool and hot tub and water slides for the adults and all the kids.

Wife has mobility problems and had to walk all the way to the end of building to elevators and most of the way back just to get to our room. She can use stairs so was very inconvenient for her. We would gladly stay there again as long as they can accommodate us better.

Comfortable room, children friendly. Nice pool facility. Our family loved it.

The restaurant food was average. Our check in was handle poorly. The front desk staff took over 20 mins to activate our room key once we had completed the check in.
