Great location, close to Permeter Hwy 101, we were there when the National Police and Fire games were on. (people from Jamica, Brazil , USA...) so the hotel was 100% booked. The hotel was very quiet, the rooms were clean. The Breakfast was great , each day they would have sausage or ham, hash browns or potatoes, and scramble eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit and more.. Since it was it full, they opened up two extra overflow rooms to accommodate the rush. You had the option on not requesting the room cleaned everyday, and we did this, but asked housekeeping for some more coffee or tea; and they were very accommodating. I would book this hotel again in the future.

Front-end staff were amazing, I had some family issues that kept changing my booking. They willingly changed my reservation each time in a professional manner. The breakfast room had enough choices for everyones taste. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The best part of the stay is I had to add another room to the stay and they were able to get them right by each other this is worth a lot. Also the pool area was nice, kids enjoyed the water was warm.

TV remotes basically didn't work, had to use the buttons on the side of the tv to be able to watch the NFL draft. When we wanted to watch more programs we just hooked up a computer. The Elevator was a bit suspect but overall was a good hotel.

Our room was clean. Friendly staff at desk on arrival and leaving.

We were disappointed about not been able to get into the hot tub. There were so many kids in the pool/hot tub area at night time. I really think they need to limit kid time to 10pm so some of the adults can have a chance to go into the hot tub. We told the front desk about this upon our departure. So hopefully they will consider what we said.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and reasonable size. The breakfast was excellent with variety of choices. Gym and swimming pool facilities were in a very decent state.

The bath top size is very small. I guess it's the Canada standard. We travelled from UK and we love soaking ourselves in water after a long day out.

We really liked the variety of choices. I was fond of the waffle mix. Reasonable coffee. I especially valued the sun and the attentive staff person.

The hot tub was cool. You know, the lights at night are not conductive to a good sleep. As I age I know that bright blue light messes with my sleep. I wanted to go down for a soak after long days. To relax and get ready for bed. The lights made it a challenge. Softer, yellow led lights might work better.

It was a nice clean, quiet hotel. We stayed there for one night on Wednesday in May so it was pretty empty.

I wish breakfast could be available at least until 10am on weekdays. The price was a bit high for this kind of hotel

Breakfast good. I'm gf and they have those options. Pool is very nice and clean and hot tub. Staff are wonderful. Our go to hotel.

I wish the price of the room could be less expensive. $180. Plus with taxes is a lot of money for one night.

Location was great with easy access to major roads I asked for a room on the top floor and the receptionist changed my booking

The hotel was fine. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best we’d seen in several “free-breakfast” hotels we’ve stayed at.

Nothing to do with the hotel but we found Winnipeg a difficult city to navigate. Roads are laid out poorly, many construction closures, roads in poor condition, lots of frustrated drivers making poor decisions.
