I recomond this hotel, the staff was very friendly very welcoming, the environment was clean We liked our room it was clean and nice view, Front desk staff was very welcoming and polite her name was Jess she gave us excellent service we really appreciate her professionalism she explain well and answer our all questions Of I were her manager I would give Jess a 5 star. Thanks a lot

To be honest the price was little bit high otherwise it was great.

The breakfast was excellent; so much selection. Lots of gluten free options and good keto options as well. Very friendly staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Location is easy to get to off the highway and easy to get downtown by car.

Had to park in the back of the building because front lot was full, but there is no back entrance so had to walk around with bags. Would have preferred no music in the breakfast room (it was a little early for the peppy music being played!)

Breakfast server / attendant was a Filipino lady, VERY kind/ upbeat and approachable. Constantly smiling and helping / even lightly dancing to the music over the radio. The lady who helped us on arrival with our finance paperwork & getting into our room was outstanding and helpful beyond necessary!

The pool was down for maintance. :( Booked for this hotel because I have a back injury and spend my leisure time doing water aerobics.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are very helpful and nice, breakfast is delicious and there are many options to choose from. My son loves going to the pool because it is heated. There is also a gym and a sauna, and they have EV chargers in the parking lot. As we always travel with our dog, we appreciate the fact that they are very accommodating.

The day of our stay we arrived earlier than expected and the hotel was able to accomidate our early arrival (therecwere no gaurantees but they managed to pull it off) The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk workers were outstanding in their service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

No handicap dedicated rooms but they did accomadate me on the first floor, which was wonderful but with a standard shower and tub, I was unable to take a shower during our stay.

Front Desk staff and breakfast staff were exceptional! Room was huge, beds were comfortable and very clean. Coffee, tea, juice water available all the time was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and staff was so accommodating and kind. Free dvds if you are spending time in your room. Pool was lovely and the heated floors and sauna were a nice bonus. This hotel was perfect!

Sadly we were there during a cheer event so lots of loud giggly girls all over the place and parents hanging out at the bar. Not the hotels fault, they did their best to keep them contained. The location is a little outside the Center but it is less than 10 minutes to Halifax with no tolls so it was perfect for us.

The hotel staff was very customer-focused and friendly. Room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Provided drink coupons for hotel bar, which was a nice treat after a long day of travel. Laundry available and machines worked well.

Location was in a more industrial area so limited food options, especially if wanting to walk somewhere to eat. Onsite restaurant was very good but pricey.

We liked everything about this hotel. It was well maintained, clean and in a good location for nearby facilities, restaurants etc.. We really appreciated being able to come down and get a cup of tea whenever we needed!! The breakfast was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Good location also to get to the airport. We would stay here again if we should return to Canada.

The staff at the reception was so focused with another colleague and didn't even bother to look at us. After long time she took my details and handed the keys, while being completely cold. Not a single smile. Sad to see people who are uninterested to work out at front desk.

Breakfast is the best. The room is very clean and the bed is nice and new. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and very approachable. The front desk is very kind and easy to deal with. I will recommend it to my friends and co-workers.

I like everything. Happy to stay.
