The room was beautiful & a riverview. We had our dog also so having a large room, with Hardwood floors. We forgot something in the room & when I called back I was able to get it back.. Thank-you.

The room was missing a tub stopper for a bath.. No staff knew where another one was. "Stuff face cloths in the drain" When checking out reminded staff about the tub stopper.. "Things people take " Weird..

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. Shower water was hot too (such a bonus). Staff were remarkable and the adjoining restaurant was very nice. Well done and see you soon. We were minutes to Santa’s village.

Pool - water was very cold and dangerous steps to actually get to the pool area with a kiddo who’s already wet. Next time, I’ll bring bigger towels so I can dry her off better.

We had breakfast at your restaurant on the 22 August and the waitress was wonderful. The pool was enjoyed by all. This was the main reason we booked this property.

We would have liked to bowl, but it was closed. We picked up take out and sat outside the pool area. With 4 children it was a perfect spot to play It would be a good idea to upgrade that sitting area. There was a big table but no chairs.

I liked everything about this location the only thing that we had a problem with is the barrier of language and the music that was played on the last night down at the pool, The gentleman that was there had language and music playing so very loud and it was pakistani I believe. Do not mind that but in an area that is so confined is unsuitable I feel. They are now in Canada and should be listening to more suitable music. I am very sorry for the criticism but I just feel as though we are not living in Canada anymore we are living in a foreign country. There were other people however that we met that were absolutely awesome. ie pakistani people working there too great and valued working and being considerate.

The fact that we were foreign to our own country. Sad but very true.. The foreign people have taken over. Dont get me wrong it is happening everywhere. Unfortunate but the english speaking people are a minority now.

I had to travel roughly 4hours to attend a funeral and this place was a great find. The pool was so clean. The rooms were nice, I loved that there was no gross carpet everything was clean and comfortable..

There was no breakfast and pool could have been slightly warmer but otherwise great.

Facilities are close to main highway and within driving distance from the lovely shops of the Main street. Our room was spacious & clean. Very quiet. Easy to relax.

There isn't Continental breakfast offered as at other Accommodations in the town.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable! Also liked the adjustable temperature controls in our room.

The taps in the bathroom are opposite of the expected temperature. Almost burnt my lip while brushing my teeth.

We liked the staff, Curtis at the front desk was wonderful! All front desk staff were very nice.

We were disappointed that the restaurant/bar was closed but totally understand that renovations have to happen.

I loved how the room was clean amd ready for us when we arrived. Everything was stocked up and tv and a/c were in working order. We explored the hotel and did some swimming.

It smelled like they reuse the cloths to clean. The cloths must have a damp smell and it transfers to the floors and counters. Since we are in pandemic, I take caution everywhere we go, so I brought my own disinfecting supplies so it smelled like products but it was better.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Loved the room, the bed was so comfortable. Very clean throughout. Location is excellent.

Restaurant is only open for breakfast Wed.-Sun. We were there Monday to Tuesday. But just a few minutes away was an amazing restaurant we had breakfast at so worked out fine.
