The room was lovely, beds were awesome. Coupons for breakfast were an added bonus. Food was great and we enjoyed sitting in the restaurant and being served. Granddaughter loved the pool. Location was great for the purpose of our stay.

The general layout of the hotel was very awkward. It took us a while to figure out how to come and go with confidence. It was a great experience other than that.

Nicely furnished, spacious room with a Denny’s right in the building for breakfast or brunch. They are making good efforts at being environmentally friendly by having a recycling bin, less towel waste and no plastic packaging around their cups.

Although they had a choice of soft or firm pillows, I didn’t notice much difference as they were both bulky and, for me, uncomfortable. They only had strong, dark roast coffee which I found too harsh to drink.

The staff were helpful and understanding. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was plentiful in size to accommodate a family of 5. Breakfast was fantastic and very filling.

The set up of the family suite is a little strange. And the pool was nice to have in the facility, but some deterioration on the tiles cause some minor cuts for myself and kids. And the towels were extremely small for use to walk back to our room with.

The staff is incredible and very accommodating. We did not have any negative staff interactions at all. Everyone was excellent to deal with. The facility was clean and very comfortable and it was a very nice bonus that kids get to dine free in restaurant. The pool was also fantastic. Location was perfect close to many attractions but also not a super noisy area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and updated. Love the full sized bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For someone with very long hair those little bottles don't work out well.

I always find hotels lack lighting. Overhead lighting would be a huge plus. As well, USB outlets would be a huge bonus.

We booked laat minute, but the receptionist tried everything to make us comfortable, me and my daughter had the king suite;very nice, my husband and 2 sons had a a room with 2 double beds but both rooms were opposite of each other

Breakfast was good. Could have used more variety. But Phil, the chef, was amazing with freaking with our allergies!!!

Radiator/a.c. was loud. Bathroom was a bit small. Tv was so so. Kept going lighter and darker. Also, some outlets didn't work for our devices.

You can tell that the building does need some repairs, leaking showers, upkeep doesn’t seem the greatest but a work in progress.

The staff were so accommodating and friendly. the room are big and clean and the beds are the most comfortable.

the main floor coming in to the Ramsey section is a little dirty and old looking. could use some new carpets in the halls.

Room was big and clean, staff were very friendly, easy check in. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Bar area was really nice for my wife and I to sit after dinner without the kids.
