Breakfast was good. Nice selection of cereal, some fruit, selection of muffins, toast and condiments. Juice. Today, they had scrambled eggs, sausage and cubed potatoes. My room was clean, and it had a comfy bed. Overall a good experience. The staff that day were very pleasant. My dinner in the restaurant was good and the server was lovely.

One of the elevators was broken on the day I was there but stuff happens. Did not make or break my stay. Parking was a bit confusing, but there was an open space by the door. Made my day.

Clean, lovely big rooms, nicely decorated. Breakfast good - sausages and eggs fresh and hot. Managed to park in front of hotel not in shopping centre which was a bonus. Found lovely Italian restaurant a 10 minute walk away for dinner.

Pillows lumpy. Difficult to manoeuvre round breakfast buffet as room so small. Receptionist efficient, but didn't listen to our questions or responses, I.e. we wanted to pay for 2 rooms individually, we said yes when asked, but he put them through on one card, which was annoying as the other person then has to transfer the money to me.

Centrally located to the downtown core. Staff was friendly and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, our stay was excellent and will stay there the next time in Sudbury.

The fruit was not fresh. Bananas were bruised, apples were soft. The scrambled eggs and sausages were not appetizing. Would have preferred fresh waffles and French toast. There were no serving trays to bring your breakfast to the table. Parking was limited at the front and side of the building. We were told only when checking out after the second night, we could have parked in the covered car garage.

room was clean, spacious and comfortable Any staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly. Pesto food was delicious, and the staff very friendly [ the complimentary free drink was an unexpected pleasant surprise] Complimentary hot breakfast in the restaurant, complimentary coffee in the lounge and water was an added bonus Self serve laundry convenient

would have been nice to have written information in a brochure with policies, hours of restaurant, and local attractions etc Maybe adding a few washing machines/dryer as having just one meant we had to go elsewhere. No place to stroll after dinner,[ not close to park]

It is a great spot in downtown Sudbury with restaurants and train station in walking distance and fulfills all the standards you would expect from Radisson. While the hotel is older, staff aims to keep everything maintained as well as possible. Having breakfast included was a plus!

I really did not dislike anything. It is an older hotel, so one needs to accept that. But it is super clean, well maintained, staff are doing their very best, cleaning around the clock, are friendyl, and the place has great great amenities. Especially pool and gym are super!

Staff was friendly. Room was good size, clean, and had comfortable beds. Staff allowed me to use the printer in the Business Centre after I had checked out, which was really appreciated.

When I checked in (prepaid) I was made to pay a $200 deposit, which was returned when I left. This was before the room could have been checked, so I fail to see the purpose. AC controls not responsive; luckily there were two beds, so I avoided the direct blast. Restaurant was not handicapped accessible.

Location within the city was perfect for the plans we had while we were there. Rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, free parking. The pool was a comfortable temperature.

Breakfast options were the same both mornings. The hot food was not replenished often. We were down early for breakfast both mornings, and the pans had minimal food left in them both days. The signage from the parking garage is a little confusing to get back into the hotel.

The hotel is very nice place...it a big hotel....vey warm and inviting and clean...staff are freindly some are shy i found.......the park lots is small so when there is events hosted here makes parking hard if u want to be near hotel front door.....however ask about a ticket tho for the garage parking so u can get in out with out paying....the pool was great...

I didnt like location of my room...it was right off a public parklot and a drive way which big trucks used so there was noise here and there,when i open curtains bening on ground floor people look into your window .......

The staff were excellent. They were very nice to a visitor I had who also came from out of town. The pool was okay....could have been a bit cleaner. Loved the way I was treated by staff. Both cleaning staff very friendly and front counter staff....exceptional. The front lobby was very clean and smelled wonderful. Having lemon water and coffee at the front desk was really nice to have. Constantly went for that ice water with lemon.

My room smelled like smoke when I first got there but I don't suppose you can control that. I had to ask to have my room cleaned on day 4... I would hesitate to stay at the Radisson...again not because of the hotel itself but because of the location in downtown Sudbury. Sudbury has really gone downhilll since I last visited. It was scary to leave the hotel at night...and there were a lot of drug addicts hanging around out front of the hotel by the smoking area. More cameras would be appreciated in the car parking lot.

We were there for a family celebration of life. I was very happy with the hotel overall. Staff were lovely. We ate in the restaurant the 1st night and had a lovely evening meal. Cost is pretty average for the area. Our waitress was lovely and did a great job. Staff overall were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room was lovely. The beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom supplies were very nice. Had a nice bathtub with a shower. Small coffee pot in room which was handy for that morning cuppa. Had to get more packs of coffee from reception as there was only one each.. Was really happy that there were coffee facilities available all day in the foyer, which was very handy when heading out and when returning to the hotel. Didn't really get to see much of the area to assess location, but it was east enough to find, straight drive in, and parking was available on site. Though can be busy. Think there was other parking but we didn't find it. There is a food court close by,cso it was handy for going to buy some food for our long journey back to where we were staying. As we had travelled over from Ireland. Would definitely recommend it.
