Everything was great, the staff was friendly, we loved our room and the breakfast was delicious!

All aspects of our stay were very good or excellent except the breakfast. It was not good. Eggs were dry and tasteless, sausage was dreadful and cold. and coffee was only warm and mediocre. If it were my decision I would change suppliers, change equipment if necessary, Train staff or contractors to use more care and attention, offer optional proper knives and forks, not disposable. A beautiful modern hotel, with very good hotel staff, but missing a key area that would bring customers back.

"Free" breakfast as described above. Customers are aware that offering breakfast is a key element when competing for clients (travellers) and they pay for it in the room rate presumably. When a hotel does a poor job on this, many will turn to other options with competitors who do it right, and there are many.

Location amd property were fine. Very close to groceries, fast food, and Timmies. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Breakfast buffet, which was included in price of room, had wide variety of items.

The only thing I didn’t like is how expensive the room was…$350 including tax and breakfast. I guess prices have just skyrocketed everywhere for hotel rooms over the past few years. I haven’t rented a room in a while so the price shocked me. I’m sure compared to other hotels (which I’m sure are highly priced), at least the place was a quality stay.

Good Breakfast Nice clean and new hotel I liked the outside seating area outside of the pool. It was quiet. We used the washer and dryer which worked well but were expensive to use. You need the correct Canadian coins and the desk at first did not have any change. You buy the detergent in small packages near the desk. There are pool towels which we did not see at first.

To have a list of restaurants (fast food and sit down), grocery stores, drug stores, and general stores with their locations and hours.

We loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Bookings.com messed up our reservation badly but the hotel sorted it out for us.

The pool is quite small compared to other hotels. They only clean the rooms every 4th day (we were there 3 nights) so we repeatedly had to remove our own garbage and ask for towels, soap and toilet paper. The garbage cans in the room are comically small - 2 coffee cups and a few napkins fill them up, so I had to empty them myself every day. We had 2 adults and 2 small kids in our room so exactly 4 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper wasn't going to last three days. I don't mind asking for what we need but it feels like the idea of not cleaning rooms has now progressed to an extreme level. If your paying customers are expected to do the work of cleaning rooms and replenishing stock, perhaps we should receive a discount commensurate with the work involved.

The Hampton Inn in Kingston opened in July 2022, and as a result, it has many great amenities and looks very fresh. Our room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated having a microwave (and mini fridge) in the room. The shower was roomy and worked well. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool, which was very relaxing. The pool is not huge but also wasn't too busy so we had a great time. There are a number of accessibility features in the hotel, such as a lever in the pool area and voice-activated rooms, which were great to see. However, the best part of the stay was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional - I would return for that reason alone.

The location is a 10-minute drive to downtown Kingston. There does not seem to be much around other than a grocery store and industrial park. This was fine for us as we were just passing through. We also found a few different long hairs in the pool, and felt it could be cleaned a bit better since we were in when it opened at 9am.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices for all ages. Hotel location is great: 6 to 8 mins from downtown Kingston, and 3 to 4 mins from Hwy 401 (which is great if you're just stopping by for a day). The rooms were clean and nice, and hotel staff is friendly. We told them by email that it was our wedding anniversary week, and they actually remembered and made it extra special. We even got some nice pictures to show. Overall, we had a great time and would stay there again.

Wow, great experience. Hot tub, pool, fitness centre all very nice. Awesome breakfast included, even having oat milk available. Very modern, clean, simple. Comfy bed, large tv, and amazing shower. The entrance is big which was nice, bathroom was large, lots of space in the room. Very nice. Dark shades were great and were not big curtains that cover the large nice window. Nice newer area it seemed, with restaurants/pub/Tims, etc. nearby. Noticed a nice pathway along the perimeter for walk/jog. Everyone nice and helpful. Not a single thing negative to say. A little more than I would have liked to spend, but it was a quality experience.

Very convenient location to enjoy Kingston and work at the same time. Quiet, very clean facilities, friendly and professional staff, good swimming pool and exercise room to start the day. Would have a 10 if there were no carpets in the bedrooms.

breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have better quality (fluffier eggs, fresh croissants, less sugar and chemical in yogourts and jams). I would suggest to use recyclable utensils for breakfast instead of the plastic ones.
