The location is very convenient--right off Highway 401, with lots of parking. There are lots of chain restaurants and stores nearby. We could catch one bus that took us straight downtown. The room was spacious, too, and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of conveniently placed lights and outlets. And the staff was very nice.

The main issue was that the room was a bit noisy. The fridge and the heating system hummed on and off all night. Also, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't bad. Food in the bistro was tasty but expensive.

I had asked for non feather pillows, when they called to confirm something they mentioned that they saw the note for no feather bedding/pillows. BUT, the pillows were feather, I checked each one. Regretfully i had some allergy issues as result, but everything else was fine.

The service was great. The Front Desk was always available for questions. There was a gentleman working custodial tasks who went above and beyond to show me the gym and pool as I didnt get a chance to see it when I first came in. He explained everything. Was great everyone was informative.

Coffee makers in rooms are garbage and dont work. Get the real 4cup coffee makers with an carafe. If we're dropping 150/night, it's the least you can do... or have coffee in main lobby all day. It's cheap and honestly shouldnt be an extra cost. Food and anytjing can be but coffee is life. Only complaint and it's slight :)

Staff was amazingly helpful, with what to see in Kingston , where to have breakfast and any questions we had were so helpful The location was perfect as it was just off Hwy 401 easy access. Since we were travelling with family and visitors from Germany the staff suggested driving along Lake Ontario on our way home with plenty of stops we would enjoy.

We didn’t find anything that we would comment on. All met our expectations

From the start, at the reception desk, the older gentleman was hilarious 😆 Helped us tremendously! The room was spectacular and the bed was even more comfortable than our own bed! The little coffee shop was excellent too! All around great place to stay!

Really nothing, except maybe not walkable to center town, but we had a vehicle so we were fine.

Room was clean pool was clean. It was downtown and close to everything. Great view.

Location is very good, near Highway 401 (but without noise), quiet, near a mall, access to grocery, restaurant, starbucks coffee, liquor store, etc., plenty of parking spaces. Room is big, clean, with a comfortable office table for computer, and a sofa with a small convenient table for put your food, refrigerator, etc., nice staff, friendly guests also...

Clean and spacious. Many hotels offer lobby coffee for early risers. Starbucks coffee ($) then only available at 7 am seems out of step with greatness.

It's Canada It's winter Perhaps a little more attention could be paid with snow removal. esp.for older guests reaching their cars

The room was very nice and comfortable, and I received a complimentary gift and breakfast courtesy of a friend, which was very nice.

While comfortable, the bed was a little too soft on one side and firm on the other.
