A perfect short stay location to acclimatize after a long flight to Toronto. We were heading north so this was an ideal place to stop for an evening. University campus location. Easy parking. Nice space for a walk around the grounds. Restaurants within 5 mins drive. We had a two bed appartment with basic kitchen. Super good value. We made good use of the games room with table tennis, pool and table football.

The beds weren't the most comfortable in the world, but overall it was an excellent value location. If you want to play table tennis, might be best to bring your own bats and balls.

This is the second time we have stayed here and highly recommend it. The rooms are a good size with 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a kitchen with a full-size fridge and a microwave. The rooms are clean, and all linens are provided. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a games room and a little movie room. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

It would be an added bonus if they one day acquired a pool or had an affiliation with a local community pool.

Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The full fridge, microwave and kitchenette in the room were great for making meals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Anything I needed for the room (extra towels, cups, etc.) were provided right away. Enjoyed watching a movie in the mini movie theatre on site and cooking on the patio bbq. Laundry facilities were good as well. Was close to Wonderland, which we visited during our stay. Would definitely return if I was in the area!

Love that there is plenty of room in the bedrooms and the kitchenette is great for a family.

The lack of a sitting area doesn't lend itself to a family getting together, but if you don't care about that, then it is just fine. There's no cable reception for the televisions.

It's a good deal for the money you pay. Just got to bring everything with yourself. Otherwise, it's a very decent place.

Some staff members weren't the friendliest. There was apparently a single iron for the entire building that someone took and wouldn't return. Or at least we were told so. No hair dryer either

Everything was fantastic. I have back issues but these beds were super comfortable. It was clean and very spacious. We stayed 11 nights and will definitely stay again the next time Im in town

Everyting was good, just small remider for guests, it is residence and not a hotel. Bring your spoons, forks and plates to use in the kitchen. There are no utensils or iron.

Wonderful relaxing stay at residence close to our event. Quiet, clean...everything ticked on our list. Use college residences whenever available for our trips.

No kettle or cups for tea or coffee (the website shows facility includes kettle and dishwasher which weren’t there; the information should be updated)

large place for an affordable price, it had kitchen, two rooms, fridge etc. also free parking

the only downside is that it is far from the city so you need to have a car to go anywhere
