Almost everything was great, nice, clean and good size room. A little outdated furniture but was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, nothing great, pool and parking was a great plus for me. A microwave and coffee machine was provided in the room

One of the life was not working throughout my stay, the other one was extremely slow and always busy, i was on top floor and had to wait for 10 minutes at times…

The suite was great to have when traveling with little ones and the free breakfast was actually quite delicious and filling. I also liked how they have a free coffee and tea station right at the check in desk that you have access to just about 24/7. Helpful for parents.

During our stay, neither of the elevators were functioning which caused a bit of stress as we were on the top floor with two little kids. It was hard going up and down with them. Also the room was booked for 4 people but they didn't provide enough blankets and towels and face cloths for us all. We kept having to go down to the front desk and ask for things because no one was answering the phones.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options to choose from. Cereals, boiled and fried eggs, bread toasts, pancakes, coffee, tea, yoghurts, juices, etc. I really like that I could just go pick my breakfast to my room and eat at a later time. As the timing was too early for me.

On our 1st day, the manager was rude and unfriendly, but later tried to make it up, but he had already created a lasting impression. Every other staff we came across or dealt with, were all very polite, friendly and helpful. It made our stay enjoyable. We had a memorable experience.

Clean rooms and good breakfast

The swimming pool closes at 11 PM, but the pool staff asked us to leave around 10:15 PM because they wanted to add chemicals to the water.

- room was neat - the fridge, microwave were a good surprise - pool was big and heated - gym was basic but good value

Good quality breakfast with plenty to eat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfy bed and sofa. Nice and quiet area away from the city center. Free laundry was a plus!

Floor was occasionally covered in dirt and dust. Power socket next to the desk was not working.

The room was clean and bathroom was new.

Too many people during breakfast in the morning. Only one elevator was working. Pool didnt open at 5:30 as mentioned in the hotel document.

Exceptional staff. Very accommodating to our specific needs. We had arrived out of town for an emergency medical appointment. Greatly appreciated all of the services. Thank you Kindly, M.

Location off the highway. Cost was a little high.

The staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast were good. The facility were clean and well maintained. Good value for money.
