Jetted tub is noisy as it drains and takes a while to do so Could not use some of the plugs as their design did not allow me to plug in my usb power adaptor Did not look like they restocked the breakfast during the 2 1/2 hours that it is available They only had one type of cereal and had limited seating area which didn't affect me as I just brought the food back to my room Jetted tub included lavender bath beads but I did not smell any lavender

Rooms extremely comfortable. Plenty of surfaces to put your things on. We had a room with 2 queen beds. Everything was excellent.

Not so much what I did not like but small little annoyances: the cleaning products used in the rooms: the smell was overwhelming so much so that had trouble sleeping. Too strong. Also at breakfast - there was a note that muffins were freshly baked which was not true as I saw the staff taking them out of a store bought Compliments brand container! Very funny.

1. When they were supposed to change the sheets they were not changed. We know this as a pair of shorts where between the sheets. The cleaning staff didn't change the sheets. 2. At breakfast the boiled eggs where cut from a bag in front of everyone. Why not just take the tray and fill it with eggs. We dont need to see that. 3. Small breakfast area. But you can take a tray an walk to your room.

Location, it is between our 2 destinations we wanted to go which are Toronto and Niagara Falls, close to airport and a lot places to eat around the hotel.

Small breakfast area but they let you bring the food to the room, and small parking area but they let you park at the lot next door.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Monte Carlo Inn has a good location and free parking. Breakfast is good although there is a little spase with tables where can sit.

The room we received was clean but with a strange arhitectial decision. The wall between the bathroom and sleeping room is a window. It's the first time I have seen such wall. Maybe it is a Canadian standard, however everything else was perfect.

We requested a room with a Jacuzzi which was a lot nicer Jacuzzi than we used at a completely different property. It was easier to get out of, less hazardous. And we could face each other instead of sitting side by side.

Didn’t like how the deposit on site had to be made by credit card as I don’t think booking.com nor Monte Carlo made that clear. Grateful that they made an exception but frustrating none the less.

The room we had was spacious and clean. The foyer in the room was very appreciated, especially when we were back after a long day visiting Toronto. We were on the last floor, so there were no one on top of us which we really liked it!

The breakfast space was small. It was difficult to acces if one guess was already there. The absence of recycle bin.

The location was on reliable bus line to a ttc station. Two GO stations were nearby with Dixie available Monday to Friday and Long Branch on Lakeshore Road available all week long. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well anumber of Mall areas within walking or driving range. Staff was excellent.

It was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Mary, at the continental breakfast, was amazing! She was quick to make sure everything was available, she refilled empty containers quickly and suggest items that we may have missed on our own. She was the highlight of the stay at the hotel!

The phones did not work. I tried callign from outside the hotel prior to arrival, no answer and then I tried again and was disconnected. When we were in the room and I tried to call the front desk, the same thing happened, either rang endlessly or disconnected quickly.

This has been our second stay at the Monte Carlo Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is close to many amenities, shops, restaurants, and cafés Staff are very friendly and efficient Overall affordable, comfortable, and clean It's a great place to stay.
