The owner and his wife who run the place were very very kind, courteous, and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. All that at a very competitive rate. You would be hard-pressed to find accommodations this good at the price I paid anywhere in this town. I will definitely be staying at the North Bay Inn when visiting the area in the future. Thanks to you both for being patient when my car broke down and offering to take me to get breakfast and supplies at the hardware store. You went well beyond what any hotel staff would be willing to do to help me get my vehicle back on the road.

Very nicely modernized older property with a caring and friendly owner. Rooms are small but entirely functional and comfortable. Bathroom was especially well done, and the remainder of the room was excellent. Nice grounds on the property that the owner cares for and maintains well. Very pleasant stay at this location. Definitely recommend it and we will return to this property when we are in North Bay.

The owner, Drew, was the nicest guy. Very friendly and easygoing, and always easy to reach. The property is beautiful, with a playground for kids, a big treed and groomed yard, and several picnic tables. The rooms are recently renovated, clean, cozy, and have everything we need (coffee maker, kettle, fridge, microwave, lots of storage). The location on Lakeshore is perfect no matter what your plans are. We will always stay at North Bay Inn from now on!

The property was well kept. Awesome bedding and exceptional customer service. I arrived after midnight, still they warmly welcomed me and showed me to my room. They always asked about the daily maintenance and went out of their way to help me feel at home as I’ve just shifted to North Bay to start my studies. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was up to the mark.

Very friendly owner who went out of his way to ensure all was good, very clean, excellent location on water and near stores, gas & restaurants. Room had microwave, decent sized fridge and coffee maker. We used all the appliances and worked great.

The price- could not beat the rate for two nights anywhere else. I stayed in a one bed room- which it literally is- just a room and a bathroom and then a front door. It had a dresser, tv, desk, fridge and microwave, but no extra seating area. As a single woman, I was a bit apprehensive about the fact that the door leads outside (as per all motels), but the area felt safe and was quiet. I'd definitely stay here again

Clean, quiet and well maintained property. Friendly management and good price. Owner works hard to make this a safe comfortable place to stay. Traveled with my family and will stay again when we return. Easy walk to sunset Beach.

I love that it’s family-run. There’s even a little playground for kids. Front desk lady is super nice and friendly. The rooms are modern/newly renovated, absolutely spotless and very well-maintained. That alone is very rare in most places I’ve stayed. The provided toiletries were fantastic and the AC was functional. All in all way better than most big chain hotels by far!

The *only* small thing I dislike is that there’s no curtain on the small window on the main door, which lets a lot of light in and draws the bugs to your door trying to get in.

Layout of room was accommodating for my walker/rollator. Loved the step in shower. (Not all rooms have step in showers ... some have tubs) Roomy nook with fridge, microwave, coffee pot, table and chair. Comfy bed.

Air quality was a little stuffy ... but, it's winter and difficult to air out room when it's cold outside.

When we arrived, Priti(front desk), noticed we got caught in the rain on the motorcycle. She immediately offered to come to the room to get our wet clothes, boots and rain gear. Once dry it was folded and returned to us. She also offered us a few pops as there was nothing opened at that time. Not once did she expect any renumeration for her kindness. The room was updated and spotless. We noticed how nice it was maintained outside. It was great that we could pull our bike up right in front of the room. We will definitely stay there again and be highly recommending to our family, friends and fellow bike riders. Nice to have a wet, miserable night made pleasant. Thank you!
