The location was amazing. We did not have a car and had to rely on buses. The hotel is located accross from the Mall which had the bus hub. 1 bus from the airport. 1 bus to downtown. 1 bus to Summerside. Perfect. The staff was also wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a small patio. Loved the extra outdoor space. Our room was cleaned everyday. The front desk staff was always ready to help with any questions we had. Breakfast was good. They had both hot and cold options. There was coffee/tea/hot chocolate available all day. Lots of restaurants and shopping around the hotel.

The only (very small complaint) was the pool being a bit too cold. It was still super fun.

Room was equipped with a lot of towels and cups. breakfast was delicious for continental, the pancake machine was a fun surprise! Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I wish the breakfast had a bit more fresh fruit. And the only water filling station was in the gym - which required a specific gym key card from the front desk which was inconvenient. A water bottle filling station in the lobby would be very helpful! The communal hallway carpet near our room gave the hallway a very sweaty smell. Room was totally ok though. And the one hallway door outside our room needs some DW40 - it was really disruptive with squeaking and slamming shut.

The front desk staff both at check in and check out were fantastic and so helpful and accommodating with our special requests. They helped out with the storing of our frozen goods overnight, booking our early morning taxi to the airport and reconfirming it that morning, and put together a bagged breakfast for us because we were to too early for the complimentary breakfast at the hotel. We felt welcomed and looked after.

Breakfast is great! We love the potatoes and sausages. It is a convenient location surrounded by superstore, Sobeys, shopping plazas, gas station and bank, easy to access roads to north, south, west and downtown. The hotel provides map of PEI! There are coin washer and dryer on-site.

TV is kind of old and not wall mount. Space inside is a bit narrow, anyway, We like the stairs from the 2nd floor to lobby.

The room was comfy, the hot breakfast was a huge bonus which we enjoyed every morning! Staff were lovely and polite. The kids absolutely LOVED the water slide, and we enjoyed the games room on our last day. The room was nice and quiet, and the hotel is at a nice central location... easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.

The chlorine smell from the pool was really strong; it's possible their air handling unit isn't working well. The place is a little dated, and the rooms could use more lamps/softer lighting.

Spent 5 nights here total. Great family hotel in excellent location! Staff very courteous. The pool was a big hit, be mindful of the pool deck as it’s pretty slippery. Wonderful hot breakfast included.

There is at a ramp to wheel your luggage up to the main doors. Makes it difficult and for people with accessibility issues.

Everything was excellent. Our family had a great time. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were very clean with good amenities. Pool was amazing

The only thing that I didn’t like was I had an emergency throughout the night and was looking for sanitary products for myself to get me through. I was disappointed when I went to look for one and ask the staff to know that there was nothing available at the hotel. I think those things should be on hand even to get just one.

WE actually had a four night stay but we had to move the last night to another room. The rooms were spacious and clean and the cleaning staff worked hard to keep everything tip top. After the first night which was a little noisy, things settled down and there was not much corridor noise. We very much appreciated the friendly manner of Vera on the breakfast crew.

We did not realize that after breakfast there was no food service in the building . and there was a little mix-up in our having to change rooms the last night. The laundry room machines are going to require lots of service.

Room was very clean but needed a bit of decoration. Breakfast was very good , nice selection and hot, plus a nice layout of tables .Front desk manager and staff were terrific , if overworked a bit.

Check in was very busy, maybe needed another person on the front desk. No big complaints.

Breakfast was excellent as was the staff looking after it. Loved that there was coffee all day and free bottled water. Location good for supermarket and drugstore as wellas restaurants

Not that it was the fault of the hotel but getting back from downtown at night was stressful when we couldn't get a cab. It would make me rethink where I stay if I didn't have a car. I've stayed in msny different hotels and I found the mattress in this one to be less comfortable than most.
