The Eden Hall Inn was quiet and clean, very charming building. You can tell it has been well taken care of. The owners were so sweet and friendly. Check in and check out were so smooth and quick. Very nice breakfast every morning, we were very surprised but how good the coffee was! The large bathroom was a surprise as well, not something I would have expected from an Inn. We were so close to everything we wanted to see while still being far enough away to not be bothered by street noise. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The only issue we really had was the lack of fridge in the room itself. There was a communal fridge in the hallway but we were worried about leaving things in it for days at a time.

A beautiful Victorian home. Parking was tight but worked. Our room (#4) was small but had a walk in closet with plenty of space to hang clothes and floor to ceiling shelving. It was large enough to hold our suitcases and keep them out of the way. The bathroom was small but there were hooks to hang things and shelving. The water pressure was good and the queen bed comfortable. Breakfast was always good, served hot, and looked like a piece of art. There were always plenty of fruits, breads, cereals, juice, coffee and tea. Rosemary was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed getting to know her and other guests.

Such a beautiful century home. The owner Bei bei...(so sorry if the spelling is incorrect) made us feel beyond welcome. She was so kind and gracious. The home was clean, and the breakfast was delicious... especially the homemade strawberry jam made fresh by Bei bei. We didn't have to walk far from our B&B (literally a stones throw away)and enjoyed our early evening walk along the waterfront boardwalk.

I love a soft bed, and I realize this is just my particular preference and found our bed was just a bit hard for me

The hostess, Rosemary, was very warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was great, with homebaked items included everyday. The location was very convenient - within easy walking distance of historic Charlottetown, boardwalk, Victoria Park and shops/restaurants.

No negatives. One aspect that we would have appreciated is access to washing machine as part of the facilities, since we stayed for a week. Perhaps this could be offered for such long stays.

We loved our 4 nights at The Eden Hall Inn. We felt at home right away in this beautiful historic home. Our host Rosemary was absolutely amazing. From her amazing breakfast every morning that always included a hot meal along with home baking, fresh fruit and homemade jams to knowing everyone’s names no matter how many guests were there. The location also was fantastic…very close to many restaurants in the neighborhood and the beach was just down the block. All around just a memorable stay!

Eden Hall was a great stay! Rosemary truly has her guest's interest at heart. She offered to switch the initial room I booked for a more quiet and private location which was amazing! She is very personable and knows the guests by name. The room was clean and comfortable. The views and natural light was exceptional. I felt very comfortable and safe in the inn. Parking was a bonus and the location was great! Sitting and eating on the patio was a treat.

The shower was a little tiny and hot water took some time to warm up.

The home is a beautiful historic B & B located a short walk from the downtown. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The home does need a bit of work. Our shower and sink taps were loose and our shower was leaking. In fairness, the new owners just took it over 3 weeks before we stayed. They were very enthusiastic so I am confident that they will do al the maintenance required.

The breakfast was wonderful. Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown. The host was lovely, she interacted with the guests and made you feel so at home.

Parking was a little tight on the property but there was parking allowed on the street. Climbing the stairs in this beautiful old home was a bit of a workout but by day 3 it was much easier and we were a little more fit.

We had a great couple of days. Historic building set in a quiet neighbourhood, near waterfront in a simply perfect location. Easy walkable access to downtown area and related food&beverage. Very close to parkland, waterfront boardwalk. The breakfast was excellent. The hosts and supporting hospitality was off the charts. Super friendly, welcoming and attentive.

Our room was on the smaller size however they had varying offerings within the facility. We did not really investigate options when we made our booking. In a future stay we would most likely review their other offerings to suit.

Really enjoyable stay. Parking 🅿️ was handy at the back of the Inn with plenty of spots for our SUV. We were greeted at the front door by Rosemary a very friendly lady who went out of her way during our stay to make one feel welcomed. Great continental breakfast served in the morning very nice presentation consisting of scrambled eggs garnished with side potatoes. Homemade muffins a great added touch. Wonderful way to start off the day. Highly recommend this B&B for service, room size and view looking out over the water across the street.

The stairs are a challenge for anyone with mobility issues but if you take your time on the winding staircase it is not a real issue.
