The pools and indoor garden were great, the room was spacious and the furniture was nice. The staff was professional and proactive. The restaurant was good. We will definitely return.

We didn't find any a/c controller and it was a bit hot (but maybe that's just us) and the balconies of the rooms next to the outdoor pool were a little outdated.

Enroute to PEI, I booked this Hotel for one night. We were so pleased with the rooms, that we pre-booked for one night on our return to Toronto. The atrium is the highlight filled with tropical plants, caged lovebirds, indoor swimming pool and whirlpool. There is also an outdoor pool surrounded by beautifully kept grounds and sitting areas.

Perhaps a hot breakfast could be offered. There were no other negatives about this little oasis.

The greenery, and the restaurant! This hotel became a must when I travel this route! Have to spend a night: most relaxing and enjoyable! The staff deserve a gold star for succeeding to accommodate us, in our preferred room! The package supper and breakfast very appealing

Nothing to complain about

We had difficulty with our TV, however, the facilities team member was very helpful! We were also travelling back from the East Coast and the staff were extremely helpful in refrigerating our lobster we were transporting back with us! overall, the rooms were good size, clean and comfortable!

That we didnt stay longer!

Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. My French is poor but they pivoted as soon as they realized we were English speakers. An example of this was switching wait staff who were more comfortable communicating in English. The pool area is amazing, loved the plant life and the birds. We bought the meal package for dinner and breakfast - excellent food and value. Most comfortable hotel bed ever. We had a room on the main floor facing the parking lot so unloading the car was a breeze. Due to travel changes we opted to spend a second night as we were so pleased with the hotel.

As other travellers mentioned the rooms are a bit dated. If you have lots of devices to charge, consider bringing a power bar.

The location was good for a one night stay - close to local amenities. Staff were nice and helpful.

There are two parts to the hotel. The newer section’s rooms open out onto the indoor pool in a covered atrium. Quite beautiful. The older section’s rooms are just standard hotel rooms with no views. We looked out on a back parking area. Completely over priced for what we got.

the restaurant was very under staffed. the staff that were there trying very hard to keep up but it is a large restaurant and only 2 servers and a hostess working. It was an expensive meal with very poor service.

Swimming pool very beautiful and organized. Staff was very nice.

I think it was a bit overpriced considering what you get, no breakfast included. Although the pool, if you don't use it, the room is a very normal hotel.

The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. I was only passing through, but it seemed like a nice place to have an extended stay. I particularly appreciated the staff trying hard to speak English with me after hearing my mangled French.

There was a little noise from the room next door. I was pretty tired so it didn't bother me too much, but a light sleeper might have been bothered.

The pool area is stunning. I felt like I was on a tropical vacation. It was very clean.

The room could stand some updating and refreshing.
