We had a lovely contemporary room with a balcony, with a view overlooking the St Lawrence. Everything was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food in the bar area was appreciated as we arrived later than planned.

Perhaps we didn't read the room choice we made properly but having thought we'd booked a room with 2 beds, we found it was a queen bed plus a pull down bed. This wasn't a process we wanted to use having never done so before, so we just managed with the queen bed for us. The shower fittings were so unusual that it took us several attempts to even get things sorted out. They are over engineered!

Location was great. Compared to other hotels in the area this one definitely outranked others for the esthetics and value. We had one of the rooms without a view of the St. Lawrence so next time we stay we will pay a little more for a room with a view. We liked that we could park directly in front of our unit. The grounds are wonderful!

Nothing really other than it took us a few minutes to figure out the how to operate the very modern shower, lol. One thing I have noticed as I get older is that I like things to be simple and not complicated. I think most seniors feel this way and so this is more a recommendation for the entire industry to keep things like showers heads, taps etc. easy to use.

the room was excellent in decor cleanliness and access. It dd not have a view though the property was located in a beautiful location directly at the riverside. We dined at the terrace restaurant. the food was good and the service charming if a little inexperienced. The only small issue we had is that we had booked a window table in the terrace restaurant but were bumped to a less desirable location just before eating. Overall a superior hotel in an excellent location just outside the city

We had paid for a room with a view but we were on the first floor at the very end and hardly had a view. The brunch was excellent and the berries were delicious, the crepes and french toast were fantastic and the servers in the restaurant were attentive and helpful. The front desk was helpful when we ordered the pizza. The bicycles were great and the bike ride was lovely.

We got there later after driving all day and the ladies in the bar were snobby and pretentious. They didn't acknowledge us really and finally we got a drink and sat on the terrace at the bar. The girls were snobby and made us wait forever to get a drink and didn't show us where we could sit. We had to order a pizza to our room because though we got to the bar 10 minutes before nine we couldn't get any food.

The hotel was new and modern, located just out of the central core, on the highway, but quiet. The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable and the view was great, overlooking the river.

The bathroom with a tub and toilet was tiny, the sink outside it. Complicated shower. It was difficult to figure out how to set the time on the bedside clock. There was no place to get a small breakfast without paying for the buffet.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

We were not made aware the auberge is actually 4 or 5 buildings somewhat near eachother. If you don't pay for a room with a view, this doesn't mean you'll be in the main building just with a street view... it means you will be placed in the furthest possible building and will have to go through two parking lots, a crowded restaurant an two buildings to reach the pool or even get ice.

Gorgeous views. The hotel is in a quaint location right on the saint-laurence. The common areas are really beautiful. The restaurant on the terrace is delicious and super cozy! Beds are comfy.

You can here a tiny bit of noise from the road, and when people walk on the platform (we were not in the main hotel rooms attached to the main pavilion). I'd love to try those rooms next time instead.

Lovely views. Comfortable beds. Nice brunch options at the hotel resto. Nice outdoor seating and gas fires on the terrasses. Professional service. Very clean.

1) Having to share the pool and hottub with kids. There should be a separate pool for kids and their parents. 2) There are good blackout curtains for the rooms, but no sheer curtains for daytime, so everyone passing by can see into your hotel room.

The most stunning views over the St. Lawrence river. Loved the little balcony and outside space. We ate at the on site pub and the food was amazing. We would have liked to have stayed longer and enjoyed all the amenities but this was a one night stop on our way home.

The bathroom was a little small but clean and serviceable. I'm

The property is really a little oasis unto itself. We had driven all day so were happy that everything we needed was there. A gorgeous lounge outside by the fire, a spotless hot tub and pool and a lovely restaurant with great food that was part of a terrific deal and a view that was incredible

Nothing it was really good
