The room was exactly as described and it was not in the main hotel but rather in the basement of another building just a block away. We did expect the lower ceilings which was fine. It's definitely within walking distance to the waterfront and to the many restaurants available. The bed was comfortable, the shower a bit small but we managed and again....it was as described.

When we arrived for two nights, there were only two coffee pods in the room. We had to go back to the original hotel/restaurant to get more. The kitchen could have used a toaster on the countertop rather than a toaster oven. Overall, there were plenty of dishes and there was room enough.

Beautiful and spacious room. The location was excellent, it was close to everything! The staff were friendly and accommodating as well.

Wifi didn’t work for us and there was poor connection for the tv, but then again with the beauty of the town you’ll be too busy to watch anything anyways :)

The rooms are nice and clean. They a furnished with a coffee machine, fridge and micro wave. The location - up the hill - is nice and central. As we had no car and had to catch a bus at 15 minutes walk from the restaurant, the owner very kindly offered to drive us to the bus stop !

All was fine - may be just to note that breakfast a bit simple/light.

Great location, it's in the mainstreet of this small town. It's house to renovate and seperated to some hotel rooms. We found the TV was not working when we are check-in , then reception of young boy immediately upgrade the room for us . We moved to a bigger room.

Would have like breakfast options - like bagels, eggs, etc., or a la carte items that we could bring up to the room in the mornings. There wasn't a lot in town for quick breakfast options.

The hotel is great, the staff is very friendly, if the breakfast was a bit better it would get an extra point. We felt so comfortable that we spent an extra night there.

There is nothing to criticise at all.

The location and staff were superb. The restaurant food and service were outstanding. The sheets were clean. Parking was close to the little historic House we stayed in down the street.

The room was way too small. BED CRAMMED IN A CORNER! The washroom was also too small for the cost of the lodging. A window could not be opened because it was broken and had a sign attached. COFFEE MACHINE DID NOT WORK.

The location was excellent and proximity to the ferries was excellent and very accessible. The scenery was excellent and very beautiful and clean.

Perhaps a guide or someone to explain the history of the development of the site and its facilities.

We had an excellent time at Galouine Auberge, we had three rooms and they were very clean and well equipped. There was microwave, mini fridge and keurig machine for use in each room The parking is located outdoors, behind the building. We had one electric car and there's one charging port within a 5 min walk from the Galouine. Really the best part of this place was the location, perfectly located and close to everything.

The hot water did not work one day and we unfortunately had to shower with cold water. But the front desk was very understanding and try to resolve the issue immediately. They had someone come over and it was fixed by afternoon. The beds are also not very comfortable.

Amazing location, clean, and spacious. Parking was provided for each room.

Reception was not very friendly (we spoke both English and Quebec French).
