Very nice, clean and well furnished little apartment, although not located right in the middle of town, everything was walking distance. The host, Gisella, was absolutely fantastic in helping us with luggage storage and even to find transportation when required. Would return there in a heartbeat.

Some buildings around were a bit downtrodden, so we weren't too sure at first, but the neighborhood was safe and the apartment building itself was good. There was no AC, but the nights are cool in Patagonia, even in summer, so we slept very well nonetheless

Spacious, comfortable, modern and a short walk from the center of town. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. Having a washing machine was a huge plus for us because we were on a long trip around Chile and really needed to do laundry. It would also be helpful for people after a trek in the national park. Excellent value, even for 2 people but even more so for a family or group of 4. We had the upper floor unit facing the street and we could see Cerro Dorotea from the living room and Paine Grande from the main bedroom.

Cleaning could have been more thorough. Parking is tight. No hooks for towels in the bathroom.

This spacious, clean and modern accommodation was like a home away from home during our Patagonia trip. We stayed here three times in two weeks, for 1-3 night each stay. Loved the big fridge and kitchen to make breakfast for those early morning starts. We did laundry and there was enough space to stretch out, after long treks or days on the road. Super comfortable beds, fresh linen, clean, great shower. Staff were very helpful, even keeping our extra things safe (free of charge) while we hiked the W trek in TdP. You leave them bagged in the room, send a message to let them know and they set them back in your room before you return.

We loved our stay here! Great location, it’s walking distance to the town, very comfortable and cosy and plenty of space. We were very grateful for the washing machine and having the clothes rack to hang our clothes which dried quickly thanks to the central heating! It was lovely and warm.

The bedrooms were a little bare and basic and the bed could’ve been a little more comfortable. Given how cold it is there we felt a quilt would have been nicer on the bed instead of just a sheet and the bedding itself didn’t feel very nice quality. Tv was quite small.

Honestly probably the best value for your money I’ve seen! Hopefully the price stays that way! Had laundry machine in the unit and she provided us with a Tide pod. She even gave us more upon request. Was shocked with how much space there was. Had nice couch in the common area so you don’t have to sit on your bed to relax. It had an oven, microwave, fridge, and utensils. It was really like a home away from home! The hostess was a super fast responder via WhatsApp and super friendly! Gave us some great advice, recommended a car rental place that we got a very good deal on.

Minor things that would not affect me staying here because the property was truly the best option in my opinion. But there is not a reception desk so if you wanted to store your bags I don’t know how that would be done. We got super lucky and she let us check in early! Also the sink is awkwardly close to the toilet in our room. These would not affect me staying here again and I truly would recommend this spot!!

Just after crossing the border into Argentina, Franco notified me that I'd left my laundry bag in the apartment. Unable to go back for it, he offered to mail it to me. When international postage proved quite expensive, he organized someone to drive the laundry bag across the border and mail it from the Argentinian side of the border. This extra effort far exceeds my expectations of any host. Before that, Franco had already accommodating multiple, extensions to my booking on very short notice. Though I feel embarrassed to have been such a disorganized and high-maintenance guest, Franco never let me feel a shred of annoyance. This is an exceptionally classy place run by an exceptionally classy guy. That the apartment was well-appointed and spotlessly clean almost goes without saying. Thanks again, Franco!

Great communication and care by the lady running this. Apartments are new and good. Close to both the centre and the bus station. Quiet and no noise from the neighbours (we were on the second floor). You can store luggage there while trekking in TDP. There is a washing machine in case you have laundry to do after the trek (who doesn't :)). Price is super reasonable considering how new it is. I would book this again and recommend it. Thanks for having us super last minute due to another location (El Establo) messing up.

Gisella was awesome! She was super responsive and helped coordinate check-in and storage of our bags since we had 3 separate stays here throughout our trip. Apartments were easy to get into and were pretty well-maintained. Beds were comfy and it was nice having a living room and kitchenette to do some cooking in. The washer was a life saver after our backpacking trip in Torres del Paine -- felt so good to get clean clothes! Location was pretty convenient too -- we were pretty much always within 10 minutes' walking distance to everything in Puerto Natales and the bus terminal. Wifi was pretty solid the whole time as well.

Water pressure could be much better; it was super inconsistent and felt like a trickle most of the time I used it, and we stayed in 2 different apartments across our 3 bookings. Hot water was similarly inconsistent and would go from scalding to cold in seconds.

Good location - walking distance into town. Check in is done via WhatsApp which is handy and payment was collected at the end (by card, cash in pesos/dollars). Apartment is modern and clean with everything you need. The bathroom has a washing machine which is great. Smart TV in the living room. Beds are comfy. Parking space on sight and free.

The car parking spaces are a little tight but not usually a problem.

Nice apartment within walking distance (10-15 mins) of most of Natales. Access with door code was easy. Having the full kitchen and washing machine was definitely a plus! It was also nice to have Netflix + comfy couch for relaxing in evenings.

We were on the ground floor, and our door was right where other guests would gather at foot of stairs, so it got a bit loud at times but wasn't super disruptive. The second bedroom also needs blinds/shade in the window for privacy, particularly being on the first floor.
