I liked the artistic flair of the hotel. I loved the warm bathroom floors which I did not expect. The view was wonderful. The French young woman at reception was amazing and helped us book some tours that we were not sure how to do. Of course, the tours were splendid. Honestly, all the staff was great, including the people who worked in the dining area. They had an excellent breakfast. They also had complimentary coffee and teas you could get from the dining area at any time. We did enjoy a nice dinner here also. We bought some stuff in the gift shop that was very nice and not overpriced. I also learned to like mate (an Argentian drink) from a young man who worked there. Please let the staff know that we are extremely grateful for the time we spent there and that I'm currently drinking a mate:)

The one thing that could improve is the corners of the beds in the room we stayed were protruding, and we found ourselves hitting our shins pretty hard a few times. The beds themselves were very comfortable. I would suggest putting a towel or something on the corners if this appears to be a problem for you.

The personal is very welcoming and extremely organized. They made our stay very smooth, so smooth that we came back after the trek in Torres Del Paine and cancelled another hotel. The room is good and the bathroom too. The decoration is with good taste and the food is great, breakfast included! The hotel design is funky and we loved that! Love the green views everywhere. Will miss this hotel for sure. A must go in Puerto Natales.

A uniquely positioned hotel just outside Porta Natales, yet within walking distance. Nestled into the hillside and almost invisible from a distance, its exterior is clad with earth bricks, blending in harmoniously with the surroundings. The service is friendly and helpful, the rooms are pleasant, offering views of the hills, adjacent lake, and mountains. The interior exudes a stylish yet natural ambiance. The restaurant boasts fantastic views of the lake and mountains, offering delicious food and an impressive wine selection.

That we only stayed on night!

Beautiful location outside town, nice room with a view, comfort facilities where you can relax before and after exploring Patagonia. But the excellent staff makes a difference, with great attention, service, tips and helpful info. They take an extra step, and it seems they're happy working and helping guests. They were all great! Really nice people. I also took their lunchbox to my day trekking which was well prepared.

Could be nice to have a bath or a hot tub. However I liked everything!

Very interesting architecture of the hotel, big comfortable room with modern bathroom (even floor heating). Breakfast was nice. Location is good, just short distance from town, 5min with car. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, specially Marcelo who helped us in urgent situation. There is parking in front of the hotel. Would definitely reccomend.

The unpaved road to the hotel is quite rough (we had rentacar)

Beautiful hotel that is as lovely and comfortable as the pictures suggested. We stayed on Christmas Day after trekking in Torres del Paine, and had a wonderful and memorable dinner in the restaurant. The staff are kind and clear in their information, and were of great help in determining logistics to get back to the bus station the following day. Breakfast was excellent. The room was spotless and very well appointed- we only wish we’d spent another night here!

Nothing negative

We arrived to the hotel after 10pm on New Years Eve after trekking in Patagonia. Thoroughly exhausted, as soon as we arrived the staff welcomed us, asked if we wanted any late night food, got us set up, and had a NYE party ready to go for guests. The welcome honestly blew us away since we had no way to communicate how late we were getting back. They were so accommodating and the rooms are more beautiful than the photos indicate (and the photos are stellar). Highly recommend.

The design of the hotel is unique and appealing. There are a few spots where one could enjoy the ocean view including the guest room. The gift shop although small had a nice arrangement of apparel representative of Patagonia's culture. It's a 5-minute drive to town. One could walk but sidewalks get narrow in certain spots.

The bathroom fan flaps made constant noise on a windy day, and the heater had a hard time getting up in temperature even in the summertime.

Very nice hotel with exquisite architecture, and awesome landscape! We were pleased with a beautiful sunset during our dinner at the hotel! Large rooms with big bathrooms. Breakfast with plenty of options. We appreciated having dinner at the hotel. Returning to Puerto Natales, I would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is outside the city center, so you won’t have restaurants in a walking distance.

set into the landscape so as to fit the terrain with beautiful water facing views in all rooms

a quick cab ride into town for food but the on-site restaurant is top notch serving a variety of dishes so we were able to have three vegetarian dinners there without going into town during the long days of summer they could equip rooms with dark blinds over and above the plain blinds. I’m a light sleeper so had to use eye flaps due to the use of lots of concrete wifi is spotty in the rooms so have to sit in the common area which is plenty comfortably to get good Connectivity
