The room was basic but clean with good bed linen on a comfortable bed. I asked for a quiet room and got one. The hotel has an excellent restaurant for dinner. No need to head out looking for food. The food is excellent as is the service. Breakfast, too, exceeds what is offered in Europe as a continental breakfast. I will stay here again.

Check-in time is a 15:00. I asked to check in at 14:50, especially as I was very tired after flying for 16 hours. I was told by the check-in person to wait until three - 10 minutes! Apart from that, the staff at the front desk was very helpful.

The rooms, the staff and the excellent location very close to everything. The breakfast was good, except for one day when they received people non-stop and they did not replenish the food, many people waiting in line, that part was poorly organized, especially for a hotel that is supposed to be suitable for receiving a large volume of people.

Only the last day I was organizing breakfast and the room card was blocked before checkout, having to wait in line for about 10 minutes to have it unlocked.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Manquehue metro, shopping mall, markets and restaurants. It is relatively easy to access by car as well and offers full free parking. Rooms were very quiet for that zone of the city and one can definitely sleep good.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so the restaurant area is closed. The breakfast was still good (served in the lobby with tables outside) but there's no selection of hot breakfast meals (sausages, bacon, etc.) and the eggs were cold! But I assume this is temporary. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, the bathroom wasn't cleaned as much as I'd like.

It is a good hotel to stay for a couple of nights. It is pretty close to Apumanque mall, the metro and restaurants. The surroundings are nice and we felt safe the time we were there. The bed was comfortable.

We went to the restaurant one night and it was really crowed. The waiter was really nice but I think he needed more help. It was a lot of tables for just 2 guys at the restaurant and he was trying his best.

Location: it was very nicely located and there was plenty of parking space available Cleanliness: the room was small, but very tidy and clean Breakfast: I recommend paying for breakfast with the room, it´s more convenient than paying on site and definitely worth the value.

The door from the parking lot was closed and it was indicated to go around to get to the hotel The shower receptacle accumulated water and the bathroom got flooded each time someone showered There is no room service and delivery is not allowed in the room

It so close to the metro station, parque araucano and shopping centers. Comfortable and super clean

The location and the staff, great people and location super close to subway easy to managing, the restaurant espectacular pizza ! We are going back

The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a protocol for passengers awaiting their country entrance COVID tests. They were willing to help me carry my food deliveries to my room, and helped me with every errand I had to run.

Nothing really. The room was kind of basic, but I knew that beforehand and i really didn't need more.
