The location was fantastic especially for business travellers. There was a lovely park just about a 5 minute walk away. The rooftop bar was also exceptional with fantastic views, and excellent and attentitive staff. Special mention and thanks to Eleonore (F&B Manager) who was so helpful to us during our stay and at a difficult time for herself and her team

The only frustration was when staying for over 5 days the electronic keycard stops to work (this is a security setting by the hotel because not many guests stay over 5 days, but the frustrating part was that they try to blame the fact that you have kept the keycard next to your phone). All 3 of our cards stop working on the same day, the same thing happened during our last stay and they blamed the phones then too. So if you are staying for longer than 5 days on the 5th day you need to go to the reception to have your keycard reset, it will save you time in the end

NOI Vitacura is well located, in the luxurious and rich area of Vitacura, near Las Condes, art galleries, shops, restaurants and a mall (Casa Costanera - which offers many retail and restaurant options as well). It is close to the highway and tunnels for airport access too. It is comfortable and clean.

The breakfast had many options, but pastries and fruits were not fresh. The value for the stay is ok. Considering the price, one would expect more.

You will find very good rooms, an excellent SPA and a location full with some of the nicest (expensive) restaurants that Chile can offer.

The air conditioner was loud but manageable, the disappointing part was the morning coffee, for this kind of hotel I was expecting more from the breakfast.

For me, the best was the location. I had meeting at ECLAC, that it's so close to the hotel. Also, the restaurant at the 9th floor was excellent, the food and the view!

I guess that what I didn't like was that there weren't a lot of plugs in the room, for me it´s important to have plug near by the bed, for example.

I left something there and wrote them directly and through Booking.com and did not receive a response. When we arrived, the staff did not smile.

I stayed 35 nights at the NOi Vitacura hotel where I initially arrived without a reservation and was very well received and attended to every day I called or passed by the reception, very professional and attentive, as well as every time I went down for breakfast or requested by room service. I felt like I was at home because of the way everyone treated me and responded to my requests. Just as they already knew my preferences, for example, when I left and that the maid already knew when and how to clean and tidy the room. The food and beverage staff already knew even when I ordered the coffee or tea how I liked it. I recommend the spa service 100%, everything impeccable and always with a good attitude that helps you with the stress that we live day by day. The rooftop terrace with the outdoor pool are like being in heaven. The views to cordillera de los andes are overwhelming and the foods and drinks extraordinary. Most of my business dinners were developed there and all of my colleagues were amazed by the food the place and the setting. This hotel was a pleasant and great experience during my stay in Santiago and I want to thank the entire Noi Vitacura team for the warm attention I received. Not to mention the location. Being in the Nueva Costanera area, gave the chance to go for walks around the best shops in the city, enjoy coffees and top restaurants and do some shopping on the beautiful Casa Costanera boutique mall just two blocks from the hotel. Connectivity was amazing, since you have direct access to costanera norte. Some days after works I went to the SPA, nice gym great massages services and the heated pools with the views to natural rocked walls was so relaxing. The staff was so attentive that they even offered to close later so I could stay more time on the heated pool ! Unbelievable. This hotel is a hidden Gem. I could live there forever! Breakfast was very well laid out and indoor pool was very relaxing!

Upon 24hour check in we filled out a survey about food allergies, but when we arrived/order room service, there was no communication to the kitchen about these allergies and we were sent foods that we could not consume for fear of potential hospitalization.

The location was excellent the structure of the room very comfortable. It was a great experience!

Our bathroom had a problem on the shower door that invariably soaked the entire bathroom floor when taking a shower, other than that, everything great.

Staff is amazing. Love the place. Room we got was noisey and we got a bad smell from the kitchen on the floor above us. But we were promised for the next stay a better room.
