The hotel was very modern and was luxurious. The staff were very helpful in booking taxis, giving recommendations (food, tours, beauty treatments etc). Special thanks to Will Wang who helped us in booking a lot of stuff! The hotel is a short walk away from the main Wangfujing street which was very helpful and a station (National Art Museum) is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to Tiannamen Square (20 mins walking), centrally located and close to the Hutongs. Also, walking distance from the Jinshan Park. The room was good and the facilities very good and modern Breakfast was good. I think the options were too China friendly i.e. some items were quite heavy for breakfast e.g. rice based dishes. But overall, it was a good spread.

The Airconditioning system - I don't understand why that should be centrally managed? Since it was winter, the hotel had preset the AC on heat at a temperature they thought was apt? This meant one could not change it in their room. At one point of time, when it got suffocatingly hot, I had to go to the reception to ask for a solution, but the advice they gave me was they will send someone to open the window! Since that was the only option, I took it and I am glad I did because that really helped. What I find odd though is that they don't understand that different people may have different tolerance to heat so we should have the liberty to change the temperature in our rooms yeah? That is why I rated low on Comfort

The hotel is really unique in both its architecture and the quality of the room and all facilities. The staff is always there to help you in everything you ask them, especially if you are foreigner and it is your first time in Beijing.

The hotel is very centrally located just near to the NAMOC. The rooms are beautiful and comfy, the bed is amazing, the food variety at breakfast is broad and delicious. And the staff is amazing, very polite and professional! Hank helped us so much, I don’t even know what we would have done without him!

The room was good, the bed was super comfortable and huge. The toiletries were great quality. The breakfast buffet was very generous, with a good variety of both asian and western dishes, and the taste was overall really good. The hotel is located within a short distance to the train station making it very easy to access other parts of the city. The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful and although not everyone would speak english, they would go out of their way to try their best to help. I would stay there again in the future and would certainly recommend this to friends and family.

Clean and good location.

1. Nobody from hotel reply my enquires on booking.com even after sending 1 week in advance. 2. Staff not well versed in traffic. Booked a didi that dropped us off far from our intended drop of point. 3. Packaging of water could be improved. Quite wasteful to keep using the small bottles.

The breakfast was amazing. The employees spoke English and always tried to help with everything they could. The hotel is beautiful, with big bedrooms and great facilities. We loved being there.

The Wi-Fi didn't really work for us. We even asked someone at the front desk to log us in, however, it only lasted for 10 minutes, after which it logged out again. We were lucky we had our own mobile data, so we didn't bother to ask for help anymore. Also, the bath / shower is open to the rest of the room. This wasn't a problem for us, but it could be a problem if there are 2 friends or families sharing a room.

I’m absolutely in LOVE with this place!!! I definitely will come again because my stay has been fantastic!!!! Super friendly and helpful staff. Extremely beautiful swimming and fitness area. Absolutely AMAZING beds!! I LOVED the scent of the hotel and the hygiene utensils. I definitely going to get the pillows on my next stay!!! I celebrated my birthday there and the suprise of the room keeper was absolutely the cutest! I adored it very much!! THANK YOU!! :*

I little more of a continental breakfast would have been nice, but the variety is plenty and overall was very rich so that’s complaining on a high level.

The hotel is conveniently located, right beside a subway station (National Museum) on Line 8. It is also on the Wang fu jing street so you can walk to the main Wang fu jing area. We enjoyed walking on the street a lot, it has many cultural buildings and even a Catholic Church (1 out of 4 in Beijing). The hotel lobby smells really welcoming (sadly they don't sell the diffuser). They have an indoor pool and gym. The rooms have recently been renovated and it is tastefully furnished. I love the layout of the room and the furnishing. I took a few pictures in the room and my friends have commented that the room looks expensive. The service provided is also great. Anytime we needed anything, they were quick to deliver. We stayed here for 11 nights and had a wonderful stay overall!

The hotel does not have a spa and the soundproofing at the door is not great. You can hear guests talking on the hallway and the cleaners making up the other rooms in the morning. It would be great if soundproofing can be improved. Another thing that we didn't like as much is the pillows. They are too soft and do not provide sufficient support.

I have stayed 5 night in this hotel and completely enjoyed it. The room was very spacious, very clean and very nicely decorated with all the amenities you may need. Paul from reception and all the team were very helpful. The hotel has a very good location, next to line 8 subway and walking distance to The Forbidden City. Beijing is very nice to visit. i am very happy with this trip.

For turists outside China wifi is an issue as some sites are restricted from government and google map doesn’t really work.
