Everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh, as was the other restaurant and the bar. The food was delicious, especially the Chinese food at the restaurant on the second floor.

Just one thing, while booking on Booking.com, it was mentioned that a shuttle bus from and to the airport was available. It turned out that this service does not exist.

Comfortable hotel in a very good location. There are lots of shops, restaurants around the hotel, and some of the major attractions are either within walking distance or quick trip by Taxi, hotel staff can call taxi for you anytime you are ready to go out. I found the staff are very professional, always ready to help, give you the best service.

We stayed in two rooms in our family trip to Beijing. The location is very convenient. The beds are very comfortable. The view of the city is amazing. The breakfast is very delicious. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The only drawback is in one of the rooms it smells as someone has smoked. In the other room, the ventilation of the bathroom seems broken.

Excellent location, friendly staff who either speak English or happy to translate, clean hotel and clean rooms, great facilities including swimming pool/spa, huge breakfast choice for European and Asian guests, overall very happy with our stay and would book again if visiting Beijing. The gentlemen on the concierge are excellent!

Room was big. Breakfast was very good

We miss the cleaning the last night, because the light was not on. We didn’t know the system. We saw the cleaner when we came to the room. We ask her to come back after 5 minutes and told her when we were leaving, but she didn’t.

Great service and no complaints. Breakfast buffet has amazing spread. With kind regards to Mr Aaron who checked us in and gave us a complimentary breakfast. Gestures like that will make me come back and stay at this hotel.

I always enjoy my time at the Renaissance and this stay was no different. As always, the bed was comfortable, the view was lovely (I stayed in a corner room on the top floor), and the bathroom was nice and spacious. In addition, the staff was super friendly and I want to give a shout-out to Rocco who helped my friend and I when we were having trouble locating our Didi on our way out to dinner. He even checked in with me when I came back to ask how our evening was. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast.

Love the swimming pool. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. The location is excellent. 5 mins walk from metro.

The bathroom ventilation is broken so the toilet smells

The bed was nice and large and very comfortable to sleep on. There was a pretty decent view and all the curtains in the room were automatic, which was nice. My favorite part of the room was the bathroom, which was spacious and included a walk-in shower with rain head, a large bathtub and relaxing bath salts. All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, with a nice selection of western and local dishes.

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. I had a wonderful stay and would stay there again. It's a nice hotel for a short, relaxing stay in Beijing.
