I like the location, the cost, and the amenities. I wasn't expecting such a large room. It was impeccable. I didn't even need any of the luxuries of my room but it sure was nice and comfortable. Location was important to me. I think there are other hotels like the JW Marriot, Crown, maybe another one or two that are in the basic vicinity that would have all worked. I liked that the unit had a washing machine. I was able to do laundry the day before checking out, so no stinky luggage!

I didn't like the checkout experience. It took too long and people behind me jumped the queue. It would have been better to separate the lines for checking in and checking out and have a visible queue. Another issue was not with the hotel itself but my GPS. I couldn't search Hotel Intercontinental on my phone. At least not the location I was staying in. I called a Didi, chose the only location that came up but i was taken to another location. Not even another Hotel Intercontinental. Some other no-name hotel. So I think they need to improve their visibility on various GPS, using their English name, and full name of the location (Chengdu Residences).

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro station and next to the shopping mall. The staff is very friendly. The family suite is extremely spacious and we felt very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The four of us had no problems using the Internet, it worked very well. The pool is also exceptional, with a breathtaking terrace. The breakfast is quite good.

Although the cleanliness is excellent regarding the bed and bathroom, as well as the living room, the most important thing for me, the fingerprints of the previous guests visible on the windows or doors spoiled the impression a little. We also found hairs on the carpet. Nothing terrible really, but it spoils the overall impression a bit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Grand ParcVue hotel in Chengdu and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room was exceptionally roomy, providing ample space to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to Karen from housekeeping, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom suite, which added an extra touch of luxury to my visit. The bed sheets were changed daily, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment. The staff went above and beyond to assist with planning my itineraries, making my stay even more enjoyable. Their local knowledge and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, outstanding service, and dedicated staff.

The hotel itself was fabulous, super-modern and with all the facilities you need for an enjoyable few days in Chengdu. The breakfast was pleasing, with a variety of foods to suit most palates. The staff were mostly helpful, always pleasant, and the room was nice and quiet. Location downtown offers the perfect site for business, although it is slightly away from some of the tourist attractions… Panda visiting antics definitely requires personal transport or a driver/taxi.

-The air conditioning was a little noisy, although not worthy of a complaint. -Staff were unable to help with restaurants in the hotel vicinity… A map would have been nice! -The other strange point is that the swimming pool & gym changing area doesn’t link to either facility, which is odd.

I stayed with my family of 3 in the 2 bedroom apartment for 6 nights. Very spacious apartment for the price. Excellent facilities such as the gym and jacuzzi although I was too tired every night to use them. It had washing machine and dryer in the apartment which I used almost every night. There is a small and high end mall adjoining which wasn’t too exciting but a better mall Cosmo diagonally opposite with a high end food court selling interesting cuisine and shopping was quite good for the fashionable. Lots of small eateries surrounding and also short walk from the train. We took taxi most of the time since it is quite cheap in Chengdu. It is not super luxurious but had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It is clean and well maintained. Really value for money.

Nothing to complain about. It is not very near the train station (about 8-10mins walk) if you prefer to take a train. Only wish they had better toiletries. I used my own.

The room was big and very comfortable for 2 paxs. The best part was the washing machine/dryer that was inside the apartment. A full load takes about 3 hours to complete and was super useful after days of travelling. Hotel is located in a central area, within walking distance to Tianfu Square and its suurrounding museums. A mall is attached to the hotel, providing easy access to some food options (e.g. Subway, Starbucks, Blueglass, Korean/HK/Thai and Vietnamese eateries). Across the road there is a bigger mall (Cosme) with a food court on the 4th floor. Subway line 1 is located about 5 mins away.

Fast check in, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and well prepared amenities in the room make my travelling fuss free. Small little fruits and snacks prepare on the dining table is welcoming. The location is within all the must see places tho traffic jam can be an issue. Next to 2 walkable subway blue line and orange line station that able to bring you most stops. Hotel is nearby all eateries and hotel breakfast are well prepare even you arrive in the early morning! Helpful staff that greets, help with baggage and any queries you have.

Concierge staff could better knowledge with how the cab fees operates to Tianfu airport regarding the toll fees/ how they charge in Chengdu to advise better tourist like us.

My family and I stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment during our time there. We find the apartment clean. There is a master switch which made leaving and coming back much easier. The washing machine and dryer were particularly useful! There were also other kitchen appliances such as toaster and blender. Breakfast was a decent selection with enough options to last the 5 days stay. The fitness centre was small but well equipped. Other facilities include a pool, pickleball court and a table tennis room. We really enjoyed our stay at GrandParcVue and would recommend it to our friends!

The staff here are amazing! They are really friendly and their English is solid. The location is spot-on too, just a minute’s walk from Jin Jiang Hotel station on Line 1, which makes getting around super easy. Even though the taxi is convenient too. But the real stars of the show? The two robots at the entrance! If you order anything from nearby shops or restaurants, the robots handle the delivery straight to your room. We ended up using them all the time for food and drinks. Watching them ride the elevator with everyone else is hilarious. It’s such a cool and quirky touch too! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Chengdu!! 🐼

Can’t really think of any downsides! Maybe just the first time finding the place. The hotel is part of the YanLord shopping mall, so it might feel a bit tricky to navigate at first

The best hotel we have ever stayed in (and we travelled all over the world). The staff was just out-of-this world lovely. They were helpful beyond words! The facilities were luxurious: swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, hottub, cold tub, gym, yoga room, massage chairs in the retreat room, indoor children 's play room, restaurant. The hotel is very conveniently connected with a shopping mall with restaurants on the upper floor. Take the short cut through the shopping mall and the subway station line 2 is just a few minutes walking from the lobby. Tianfu square is walking distance, and the opera house is right across the street. Certainly recommend this hotel
