The hotel is in a great location. The amenities were top notch. I was greeted warmly. Breakfast was great. The hotel was clean. Service was solid. The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect. I was quite happy. I would highly recommend the place.

There was poor communication between the front office and the exercise facilities. The pool requires a swim cap. I forgot mine. I asked the people at the desk if they had one I could buy. They said I would need to go to the front desk office. I asked the front desk and they told me to check with the pool office that sent me to them in the first place.

Centralized location, convenient, comfortable, lobby lounge staff excellent, house keeping staff did excellent job, and overall satisfied.

Checking in and checking out very disorderly. People just keep jumping queues, should engage a queue line so that staff could serve on "first come first serve" basis. Kind of messy. The Chinese restaurant Dim Sum meals are turning from good to worse. Quality used to be good few years ago before covid, now the quality is so bad. will not go back again unless they reinstate the old format.

Room service , horizons club hospitality and breakfast area is good.

Air conditioning in room is noisy and front door services need to be improved as currently it is poor. Also some light music entertainment would not go amiss as establishment is too static in the afternoon and evening. There is a piano but is not used (what ashamed).

The staff at the reception hardly speak English and they need to use translator for every communication. In the dining hall, the meals were often not well described and no information about possible allergens.

Break first and location all perfect.

Price for the room are reasonable ,but, I don’t like any hiding charges.

All to expectation! Nice hotel with all you do expect. Nice bathroom with shower and seperate bath tube, big room - I think I did get an upgrade. Breakfast excellent!

The room service is great. The lady is very welcoming and friendly. I like that the hotel provides fresh fruit (four types of fruit: melon, apple, peach, nectarine, or banana) for the room guests every day! They even have a plate with a fork and knife for the guests to use, very thoughtful service. There are bath salts available for the guests who want to take a bath. The shower stall and the bathtub are clean and spacious. The breakfast is great, lots of variety to choose from. I like the bright light in the room. The breakfast selections tend to be tailored to Asians. It’s amazing they even have hand made xiaolongbao for breakfast. There are a lot of Asian style breakfast dishes available. If you like Asian style food, gotta go check out their breakfast buffet. Breakfast is very busy between 8-10am. Their lunch buffet is also great, international selections of food and much quieter with fewer people. I love their hand made dessert, all you can eat salmon sashimi, steak, and the fresh deep fried tempura. They also have the Dim Sum Buffet available on the second floor. There are many dishes to choose from and they taste quite authentic, just like the ones in the Canton province. There is an indoor and outdoor tennis court, gym, and swimming pool. The swimming pool is bright, not deep, and the water temperature is warm.

I don’t like the air refresher smell in the lobby and in the floor. It smells like the kind they use in the airplane, which makes me headache. Breakfast is very busy between 8-10am. There are too many guests in the restaurant after 8:30am and you may have to sit outside in the lobby lounge. The hotel seems very busy and they are many guests checking in and out every day. It may take a while to check in and out. The hotel front desk people also seem unfamiliar with the fapiao system. They told me they couldn’t offer fapiao because I booked the hotel online and I had to call Booking.com to sort it out and then they finally gave me the fapiao. There are many children in the swimming pool after 7pm.
