-The best location we couldn't ask for . The metro station (exitD) is just the corner. Same as Family mart , lunkin coffee and local restaurants . Many choices of department store around the area . -The room is clean and comfy enough. -Free laundry machine service. -The helpful staffs

-the hotel didn't have a "real" non-smoking room , it always has someone around who smoke . It should be better if the hotel can manage the non-smoking zone or floor . -it will confused at the first time you need to find how to get there to a lobby , it's on 7th floor of the building. If you come from the Metro exit D , just turn left twice and you will see the entrance to elevators.

Staff was friendly, efficient and spoke some English. Location was very good, Shipaiqiao subway entrance D just around the corner, room had large window, large good bed, comfortable sofa and desk, large shower and bathtub, and all very clean and quiet. Internet also very good, no breakfast.

There was actually nothing I didn't like, except the sometimes long wait for the lift, perhaps? The hotel is in a 30-floor building and I was on floor 10. Coming from the subway, there is no sign anywhere that indicates where the hotel is, except the house number 375 next to the entrance of the building.

the hotel is located in a very convenient location. metro station, grocery store, kiosk-coffee shop, small cafe with hot food, and in the morning with fresh steamed buns, dumplings - and all this in the same house on the ground floor. It is a few metro stops from the center, various museums, parks, a mausoleum and a zoo. At the entrance to the metro, in a long branch of the corridor there are various cafes with a huge selection of food for every taste. Even if you are absolutely zero in Chinese and English, don't worry! You can take your own plate and pick up the food you like. If it's a non-self-service cafe, just point your fingers. Go and relax!

The staff was really helpful and professional. The cleaning service was coming every day to change the towels and refill toiletries, water etc. The location of the hotel is good, it's close to the metro station, shopping mall and restaurants. For tourism, I don't know if that's the best location in Guangzhou as I chose this location for another reason but I found it fine anyway. A very very great service in the hotel is the availility of washing machines (and dryers).

The space of the room just a bit small (but it may be the room I chose) so I think having a few more hooks for cloths, some shelves etc could be helpful. I think a few more power sockets could be useful as well notably near the bed, but I found it very good the existing sockets could have different type of connection so I could use my foreign plug without an adapter. Not critical but this are some other points: shower was sometimes getting very hot/cold during use, TV signal wasn't too good (at some point of stay, I don't know why but at the beginning it was totally fine. As it was still fine we didn't ask for help about it), the room can be a bit noisy as we were facing the street.

So hard to locate this building/unit (it will be tremendous hard for first timer to find it and we gonna find it during night, main lift entrance located behind) and lobby located at 7th floor

Great location near metro stations on 2 lines, plenty of shopping and food around, we were able to do a wash load at the hotel as well. Nice view out the window.

Fantastic locattion wirh food and malls all around with super helpful and friendly staff.

The entrance to the hotel lacked a sign, walked around for awhile before i found the hotel

Good for backpackers, easy to get public transport & food.

Hope staff can be more friendly and keep smiling when you are at reception. I am so scared when I spoke with you guys.

No dryer, washing powder for each room cos no place for drying the clothes.
