The hotel js centrally located in the TeeMall shopping area, lots of restaurant inside the mall. Room size is big and newly renovated. Breakfast buffet have wide spread selection, it also have a chinese restaurant that serve delicious food and at the lobby another restaurant that provide snacks. Metro train is just beside the hotel. Housekeeping staff ms LuSan assigned to the 23rd floor during our stay is very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel would ask for a deposit upon check in and be aware of taxi charging extra.

Great hotel in a great location, right in the heart of Tian He district and a huge shopping mall. The room is spacious, bright on level 26, facing sports stadium, with a pleasant view. The room is clean and the bathroom is spacious as well. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are too soft, and could not sleep well due to this. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful, with lots of variety choices. However the coffee is not so good, made with machines. The staff are friendly and helpful. I used the sauna and steam room, they are very good. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, I will come back again in my next trip to Guangzhou.

The pillows....too soft. Also the coffees at the breakfast, they are not brew but made by machines. They don't cook egg omelets, scramble eggs,..... everything is pre-cooked and put on the trays, which is surprised, as I have been to many 5 star hotels, they all provide this service - cook fresh.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Sheraton. The hotel had a grand feel about it as soon as you walked into the lobby. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, most spoke good English which was a plus. The rooms were very nice and a good size, the facilities were good and the breakfast also had a variety of different options. The hotel is very well located for the metro and is attached to a shopping mall with plenty of food options around the area.

The outdoor swimming pool temperature could have been set slightly warmer for the winter months. The pool man advised that it was set to 28 degrees which wasn’t uncomfortable, however it would have been a little more pleasant if a little warmer.

Located in Tianhe district...if you want luxury at reasonable price then this is a place to be.The rooms are enormous. About 25minutes drive to the markets like leather market..beauty exchange,yiwu etc..costing around 17-24 yuan with Didi

Repetitive menu for both buffet breakfast and dinner....Stayed 8 days and it was almost the same every day...Good variety though

Location was convenient, many convenience stores, shops and places around. Easily accessible. Room was spacious and clean. Feels recently renovated. Fully equipped gym. Enough space and machines.

Hotel has 6 elevators, but they are programmed as such that only one attends the call, instead of multiple being able to respond to separate calls. So if I'm in a high floor, I have to wait it to stop on all the lower floors it has been called at the same time. It would make it very tedious to come down sometimes. Shower heads could be improved in the rooms.

Fantastic location. The hotel is directly connected to one of the major shopping centres in Guangzhou. The rooms are large, comfortable and well designed. The club facilities are small but also comfortable and includes breakfast and food and alcohol in the evening.

The staff and service is polite but hit and miss. When we arrived the luggage attendant had no idea about the club check in and didn’t know how to get us up. We had two rooms and asked the concierge to take our luggage to separate rooms but they were all taken to the same room. Overall these things weren’t a problem and I would still highly recommend the hotel but they took the gloss off what was otherwise a great experience.

I arrive via the high speed rail from Hong Kong to Guangzhou East station (aka - Guangzhoudong). It was only a short taxi ride to the hotel. Amazing location near many shopping malls, food, coffee in walking distance. The room was large and looks newly renovated. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Definitely would comeback.

There was a large range of food for breakfast from more traditional Chinese to western style buffet breakfast and everything was fresh. The room was also very spacious, very clean and had all the amenities needed away from home. The bathroom was immaculate with great water pressure. There was plenty of plugs to charge phones etc. I would highly recommend this hotel as shopping centers was just across the road with lots of choices of dining areas.

Not much not to like.

Splendid location - located at the very heart of the Guangzhou city, but still quiet and comfortable at night. The room is spacious with a good metropolitan view (north-facing is good but south-facing is better for Canton Tower).

International choices for television channels are limited (no NHK, BBC, etc). The restrooms on the ground floor should be cleaned more frequently. Too many people packed around the main entrance smoking.
