The hotel is very new and modern while the room and bathroom are really spacious. Bed was really comfortable and they provided 4 pillows which improves sleep. The hotel includes free breakfast which had some hot dishes like noodles and chicken poppers. Really good value for money and would definitely stay again.

Free shuttle took really long to arrive and we waited roughly 30 mins. The pick up place was also really hard to find since we were only given the gate number (it was in Departure Area).

Great location to get to and from the airport. Having access to the free airport shuttle bus to get to the airport, and the Metro station there, was very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

No cot was available for our baby. The pick-up from the airport was a little challenging as we did not get an answer to our message, sent on the Booking.com app, saying we were ready to be collected, so we didn't know how long we would have to wait for the bus to arrive, which can be hard when you have a small baby with you.

This hotel has its own distinctive charm, and in my opinion, for the price, it's definitely value for money. The staff are friendly, especially the front office, and although the breakfast is simple, it's tasty and fresh. The only difficulty we encountered was the lack of English-speaking assistance at the airport. My advice for those planning to stay at this hotel is to activate internet and phone services as soon as possible, so you can call the hotel and have translations available in Mandarin. The hotel shuttle pickup is at GATE 43 on the second floor in front of the departure entrance. So, upon arrival, go to the second floor and wait at GATE 43. If you have trouble finding it, ask the airport's customer service to call the hotel for you. Remember, the hotel shuttle is named CLOUD HOTEL, different from the name on Booking.com.

We waited for the hotel shuttle for 1.5 hours, but it didn't show up. However, the hotel manager was very kind. Feeling sorry for our long wait at the airport, he escorted us to the restaurant for breakfast, helped us log in to the wifi, and was extremely friendly.

This is the second time that I've stayed here. Once on the way through to NZ and I enjoyed it so much, I stayed again on the return trip. It's not at (or in) the airport building, but the complimentary shuttle takes 10 or so minutes to be taken to and from the hotel. I couldn't ring the hotel to tell them to pick me up because of my phone network but the guy at the airport enquiry desk, telephoned them for me from his phone and the shuttle van collected me approx. 15 minutes later. It is well worth the short trip. The staff are very accommodating, albeit with limited English. The modern hotel is very comfortable. There are nice amenities, there's complimentary bottled water with a tea/coffee making facility in the room. The shower is fab (especially after a long flight). The breakfast was superb. There was a great selection of all types of food; from congee, all sorts veggies, noodles, fried eggs, toast and jam, fresh sliced fruit and more,, all with a bean to cup coffee machine. What's not to like? Something for everyone I'm sure. The hotel is also extremely good value for money. I rate this hotel highly and would have no hesitation in recommending it. FYI, there's a KFC very near by.

I wish I had more time so I could try out all the hotel amenities. I'm sure I saw a sign for a gym.

Excellent service. Booking was smooth. Communication via Watsapp was responsive. Arrange a prompt airport pickup. The cooked buffet breakfast was high quality. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. Arranged for a late 3pm checkout and shuttle to the airport at no extra charge. The price was also very good at $52NZD per queen-sized room which is incredible value for money.

This place had very few downsides. The location could perhaps be better. Maybe there could be some maps of where to stand when picked up at the airport. The rooms default to opening the curtains when you enter. Usually, I then just shut them again as there wasn't really much view.

The hotel is really nice and newly done. Staff at the reception were friendly. I really liked the Chinese style breakfast. Shuttle pick up from the airport is a great idea that is not implemented the best way probably.

The only problem is staff not speaking any English at all. And shuttle pick up is organised in such a way that when you arrive to the allocated gate you have to call reception and tell them that you are waiting at the airport. But what's the point in this if they can't understand what you are saying?! So you either have to speak Chinese or go to airport customer service and ask them to call the hotel and explain everything in Chinese, then you'll get your pick up. The third option would be to add the hotel on WeChat and text them cause in that case they use translate option and are able to communicate.

The whole experience was superbly fun and entertaining. The Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I would not only return some day but would recommend this hotel to future guest . Price was reasonable, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality and service .

Everything was fine .Transportation, Food and front desk service , and all the staff in the kitchen and the cleaning crew so attentive to my every request. I will give them all a five star service for hospitality and food and service. I am very pleased .

Great value for money stay for our layover in GZ. Room was very clean. Really appreciated having a complimentary shuttle bus pick us up and drop us off at the airport, which we found easiest to organise with management via WeChat for pick up and at reception for drop off.

For anyone who does not speak Chinese, there is a potential language barrier (staff don't speak English/limited English) that is challenging without the use of translation apps if requiring further assistance (keeping in mind that Google including their Translate app is not accessible in China).

I liked the fact that there is a complimentary shuttle bus pick up and drop off from the airport saving a taxi fare but it costs in time (I waited 1/2 an hour to be collected from the airport - next time I would call them as soon as I clear customs, to save the wait). Having said that, the driver was very helpful and courteous. He answered all of my questions via the phone translate app which was brilliant. The hotel staff were the same. Very helpful, courteous and obliging. Thank you very much. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms were great, very modern, the shower was fab, and it's only 10 or so minutes drive via the shuttle to/from the airport. There are amenities included in the room that you get at hotels that cost a lot more. It was extremely good value for money. I didn't have the included breakfast (so can't comnent on that) as I just used the room for a rest and shower on a short stopover. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was impress about when I open room's door and put the card in card holder. the curtain was open and show view of building (decoration with light) So bueatiful, Staff at front welcome me with smile and fast of check in. at 5th floor has washing machine for self laundry. if you have continue trip you can prepare yourself here. Before the date of arrival I text to the hotel about something I bought and need to send to hotel by my name then I collect it in time. when I check in staff give me that goods that I order Thanks for their service mind. and driver of shuttle bus. (midnight of 22/1/2024) he so kindness thanks for holding my luggage and my box before I'm go inside airport. Shame on me that I felt sleepy ,So I did not take any photo here.

first time I thought that location might be close of Airport for walking there but that's alright Hotel has shuttle bus to send or pick up you between hotel and Airport.
