A wonderful hotel. Everything was great. Location is not far too from the city center, 20 minutes by metro, a block from the metro station of line 2. Delicious breakfasts. I really liked that the room has a pull-out sofa, for which free bed linen was provided, on which slept my child.

There was some kind problem with my booking, they didnt answer on booking.com, I really didn't understand why, but at the reception, everything became clear...

Breakfast was really good as well as the location. Close to large shopping area and metro line 2.

I booked 2 rooms as we are a big family of 5 (3 kids age 8 and under), they offer connecting rooms, however, they did not make this connection for us so we were on the same floor in different rooms (not close). The level of English is very very poor, even with translator app they don't understand.

There was a problem with my booking when I arrived but the front desk was super helpful. The room was cool and quiet with a calm garden view.

For a HYATT and with so many guests during my stay I was surprised the breakfast buffet lacked in options. I suggest they allow guests to order eggs how they like them done, rather than pick from a pile of cold fried eggs. Also, the coffee machine made terrible tasting coffee. The simple coffee bags in the room were better. Guests would be smart to opt out of the hotel breakfast, save the money and eat elsewhere.

The location is great with proximity to MRT and malls. The property is well maintained and clean. The front desks staffs and cleaners were helpful.

The breakfast spread lack of varieties. The egg counter can be better. Would be great that omellete can have some mushroom, ham and cheese as fillings. The Chinese tea egg can be better flavoured.

Conveniently located and near the major shop center The Place (南丰城) as well as the city subway systems. Breakfast is super too.

Some rooms are facing the side without much sunlight during the day. We told Mr Yin of the front desk of the concern and was immediately changed to a 5th floor room facing the bright sunlight side both morning and afternoon, thanks to Mr Yin’s help!! and his customer-centric attitude.

The staff were very friendly, buffet breakfast were great, location is amazing.

The indoor swimming pool was really cold. I’m not sure if they didn’t on the heater or they just don’t have it. We got into the pool and a min later we got out and I got a fever the next day.

Location and price

Got the big room with bath tub, but there seems to be some design flaws, specifically, water is likely to splash on to the floor when showering and cannot be drained as the floor drain is at another corner. Pool is closed during winter

The room is clean and facilities are really new. I really like the room.

The door staff needs to be active to customers whenever they need some help. My three years old son helped me with the luggage at the lobby. And my hands are also full of stuff. But nobody helped us until I asked.

Big spacious comfortable bright room, good location, especially for kids with The Place mall just opposite. Excellent breakfast Comfortable bed

Maintenance, the cupboard had scratches, the carpet had stain mark, there are bugs? flying around...

Excellent location with easy access to MRT, a big mall with many good eateries located across the hotel and few other malls within walking distance. The staffs have been friendly and helpful.

Will be great if the hotel has a sauna or steam room.
